Велика роль надання цих «невловимих» послуг належить системам автоматизації. Застосування інформаційних технологій дозволяє зробити низку основних процесів життєдіяльності готельно-ресторанний комплекс максимально ефективними за досить короткий час та дозволяє автоматизувати не тільки всі етапи роботи з гостем, а й більшість сфер господарської діяльності ресторанного бізнесу. Цілий перелік переваг автоматизованого управління дозволили говорити про подібні системи як один з визначальних факторів репутації та престижу. The current global trend is to speed up the process of working with guests. Automation systems play a major role in providing these "intangible" services. The use of information technologies allows to make a number of basic life processes of the hotel-restaurant complex as efficient as possible in a fairly short time and allows to automate not only all stages of work with the guest, but also most spheres of economic activity of the restaurant business. Д.Актуальність теми даного дослідження викликана тим що процес тестування при розробці сучасного програмного забезпечення займає значну частину часу і зусиль. Найчастіше він зводиться до аналізу поведінки програми на спеціально підібраному наборі тестів. Оскільки перебір всіх можливих ситуацій неможливий на практиці, намагаються вибрати невелике число тестів, за допомогою яких можна побачити поведінку програми при використанні тесту та судити про її поведінку в цілому. У зв’язку з цим метою даного дослідження стало знайти найбільш ефективні інструменти для тестування та використати їх для тестування веб-сервісу та прослідкувати запобігання дефектів у роботі прогромного засобу/ The relevance of the topic of this research is due to the fact that the testing process in the development of modern software takes a significant amount of time and effort. Most often, it comes down to analyzing the behavior of the program on a specially selected set of tests. Since the search for all possible situations is impossible in practice, try to choose a small number of tests that can be used to see the behavior of the program when using the test and to judge its behavior in general. In this regard, the purpose of this research was to find the most effective tools for testing and use them to test the web service and to monitor the prevention of defects in the software.
