Item ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ЗАСОБІВ ФІЗИЧНОЇ ТЕРАПІЇ У ВІДНОВНОМУ ЛІКУВАННІ ПАЦІЄНТІВ З ІШЕМІЧНИМ ІНСУЛЬТОМ(2025) Кухар, М. І.Ця робота присвячена дослідженню ролі фізичної реабілітації у відновному лікуванні пацієнтів з ішемічним інсультом. Ішемічна хвороба є серйозною проблемою сьогодення для системи охорони здоров'я, у зв'язку з цим, розробка реабілітаційної програми має важливе значення для реабілітації в цілому. Використання сучасних методів фізичної терапії, мають значний вплив на ефективність відновлення функціональних можливостей після інсульту. У роботі розглядається дієвість фізичної реабілітації для відновлення рухових функцій та стимуляції нейропластичності у хворих з діагнозом інфаркт мозку. Зокрема, проаналізовано такі методи, як кінезіотерапія, лікувальний масаж та рання вертикалізація. Проведено оцінювання впливу індивідуалізованої реабілітаційної програми на покращення моторики та мобільності постінсультних пацієнтів у ранньому відновному періоді. Робота підкреслює, що запропонована методика значно покращує функціональний стан хворих, сприяє зниженню спастичності та активізує нейропластичні процеси. Важливість проведенної реабілітації полягає не лише у фізичному відновленні, а й у психологічній підтримці, мотивації та соціальній адаптації пацієнтів. Це потужний інструмент на шляху до повернення людини до повноцінного життя. This work is devoted to investigating the role of physical rehabilitation in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with ischemic stroke. Ischemic disease is a serious problem today for the healthcare system, therefore, the development of a rehabilitation program is of great importance for rehabilitation as a whole. The use of modern physical therapy methods has a significant impact on the effectiveness of restoring functional capabilities after a stroke. The paper examines the effectiveness of physical rehabilitation for restoring motor functions and stimulating neuroplasticity in patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction. In particular, methods such as kinesiotherapy, therapeutic massage, and early verticalization were analyzed. An assessment of the impact of an individualized rehabilitation program on improving motor skills and mobility in post-stroke patients in the early recovery period was conducted. The work emphasizes that the proposed technique significantly improves the functional state of patients, helps reduce spasticity, and activates neuroplastic processes. The importance of rehabilitation lies not only in physical recovery, but also in psychological support, motivation, and social adaptation of patients. А.Кваліфікаційна робота (проєкт) викладена на 44 сторінках, містить зміст, вступ, 2 розділи основної частини, висновки, список використаних джерел та додатки. У вступі роботи чітко сформульовані мета, завдання, об’єкт і предмет дослідження. В першому розділі викладена анатомічна будова верхньої кінцівки та загальна характеристика травм суглобового апарату верхньої кінцівки. У другому розділі надається інформація про вплив кінезіотерапії в реабілітації хворих при травмах суглобового апарату верхньої кінцівки : механотерапія, трудотерапія та лікувальний масаж. Робота має широке практичне значення і може бути використана для побудови методики відновної терапії для осіб із пошкодженням суглобового апарату верхньої кінцівки. Qualification work (project) is set out on 44 pages, contains content, introduction, 2 sections of the main part, conclusions, list of sources used and appendices. The introduction of the work clearly states the purpose, objectives, object and subject of research. The first section describes the anatomical structure of the upper extremity and the general characteristics of injuries of the articular apparatus of the upper extremity. The second section provides information on the impact of kinesiotherapy in the rehabilitation of patients with injuries of the articular apparatus of the upper extremity: mechanotherapy, occupational therapy and therapeutic massage. The work has a wide practical value and can be used to build a method of rehabilitation therapy for people with damage to the articular apparatus of the upper extremity.
