Item АНАЛІЗ ВИКЛИКІВ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКО-ПОЛІТИЧНОЇ НЕСТАБІЛЬНОСТІ(2024) Романчук, О. С.В роботі уточнено зміст поняття «глобальна нестабільність» у контексті розвитку сучасних економіко-політичних відносин, здійснено аналіз показників ВВП України в потенційних сценаріях вступу до ЄС за допомогою методу синтетичного контролю, а також запропоновано авторське бачення ситуації щодо формування можливих напрямків розвитку процесів євроінтеграції в Україні та загальних рекомендацій щодо вирішення потенційних викликів. Узагальнено підходи до аналізу та прогнозування за допомогою методу синтетичного контролю. Проведено оцінку актуального етапу інтеграції до ЄС на основі наявного досвіду інших країн. Проаналізовано основні економічні показники України в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів сучасності. The paper clarifies the meaning of the concept of "global instability" in the context of the development of modern economic and political relations, analyzes Ukraine's GDP indicators in potential scenarios of accession to the EU using the synthetic control method, and also proposes the author's vision of the situation regarding the formation of possible directions for the development of European integration processes in Ukraine and general recommendations for solving potential challenges. Generalizes approaches to analysis and forecasting using the synthetic control method. An assessment of the current stage of integration into the EU is carried out based on the existing experience of other countries. The work examines the processes of improving the employment policy of the population of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law. Regulation of population employment through the labor market has been established. The causes and consequences of unemployment were identified, the employment of the country's youth was investigated, the main directions of the labor market in Ukraine were determined, and ways of improving the employment policy of the population were considered.Item ОЦІНКА ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ НАСЛІДКІВ ПОТЕНЦІЙНОГО ВСТУПУ УКРАЇНИ ДО ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ(2023) Романчук, О. С.В роботі досліджено наслідки потенційного вступу України до Європейського Союзу, а також сформовано ряд прогнозів та рекомендацій щодо вирішення проблем інтеграційних процесів. Охарактеризовано критерії та процес вступу до Європейського союзу, а також існуючі приклади вступу до Європейського Союзу країн, з економікою, що розвивається. Розглянуто специфіку ринку праці в України в умовах Євроінтеграції. Проведено аналіз потенціалу інвестиційної діяльності. Визначено стан торгівельної діяльності України та Європейського Союзу. Проведено оцінку перспектив розвитку інтеграційних процесів між Україною та Європейським Союзом та сформовано шляхи подолання можливих кризових явищ на шляху до вступу до Європейського Союзу. The paper examines the consequences of Ukraine's potential accession to the European Union, as well as formulates a number of forecasts and recommendations for solving the problems of integration processes. The criteria and process of accession to the European Union are characterized, as well as existing examples of accession to the European Union of countries with a developing economy. The specifics of the labor market in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration are considered. An analysis of the potential of investment activity was carried out. The state of trade activity of Ukraine and the European Union is determined. An assessment of the prospects for the development of integration processes between Ukraine and the European Union was carried out, and ways of overcoming possible crisis phenomena on the way to joining the European Union were formed.Item СОЦІАЛЬНІ ЧИННИКИ МІГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРАКТИК УКРАЇНСЬКОГО СТУДЕНТСТВА ТА ЇХ ВПЛИВ НА РИНОК ПРАЦІ В УКРАЇНІ(2020) Бабенко, А. А.У роботі розкрито сутність поняття «міграція», виділено її види та форми, визначено наслідки міграційних переміщень молоді для вітчизняного ринку праці, причини й мотиви міграції, проаналізовано сучасний стан, структуру і тенденції розвитку міграції молоді в Україні. Проведено й описано результати емпіричного дослідження міграційних намірів студентів Херсонського державного університету. Запропоновано систему заходів інформаційно-просвітницького, соціально-економічного характеру, які спрямовані на стримування міграційних потоків молоді The paper reveals the essence of the concept of "migration", identifies its types and forms, identifies the consequences of migration of young people for the domestic labor market, causes and motives of migration, analyzes the current state, structure and trends of youth migration in Ukraine. The results of an empirical study of migration intentions of students of Kherson State University are conducted and described. A system of informational, educational, socio-economic measures aimed at curbing the migration flows of young people is proposed.Item СИСТЕМА ЗАЙНЯТОСТІ В УКРАЇНІ: ГЕНДЕРНИЙ АСПЕКТ(2020) Полякова, А. Л.Роботу присвячено гендерному аспекту в системі зайнятості в сучасній Україні. Розглянуто зайнятість як соціально-економічну категорію. Досліджено проблему зайнятості населення в сучасній Україні з урахуванням гендерного аспекту. Розглянуто гендерну проблематику в сучасному українському суспільстві. Досліджено гендерну політику на сучасному ринку праці в Україні. Проаналізовано гендерні особливості на ринку зайнятості міста Херсона. Зроблено висновок про те, що проблема гендерного диспаритету на ринку праці є проблемою цілісного ставлення суспільства до людини в просторі матеріально-духовного виробництва. Work is devoted to gender aspect in the system of employment in modern Ukraine. Employment as socio-economic category is considered. The problem of employment of population in modern Ukraine is investigated, taking into account gender aspect. Gender problematics in modern Ukrainian society are considered. Gender policy is investigated in the modern labour market in Ukraine. Gender peculiarities in the employment market of Kherson are analyzed. У третьому розділі подано перспективи розвитку сфери зайнятості населення в Україні. The scientific work reveals the spatio-temporal aspects of employment of the population of Ukraine in the current socio-political crisis. The first section deals with the essence of employment, the factors that affect employment and the methods by which employment is studied. The second section contains the main statistical and analytical data characterizing the course and state of employment in Ukraine, as well as the main problems. Іn the scientific work, a study was made of the categories of the quality of life of the population in the territorial aspect of their formation by the example of the regions of Ukraine, a description of theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the quality of life of the population as an indicator of social and economic development and well-being, development of a methodology for assessing the regional index of the quality of life and assessing the regional differentiation of the quality of life of the population of Ukraine, a description of the Kherson region by regional indicators of the quality of life in Ukraine. Providing of proposals to improve the quality of life of the population and the social and economic development of the Kherson region and Ukraine.
