Dedicated to the comprehensive study of problems of the theory and practice of the legal regime of refugees and migrants in Europe. Д.У роботі розглядаються особливості соціальної роботи з національними меншинами в сучасній Україні на прикладі Херсонської області. В теоретичній частині роботи проаналізовано поняття «національна меншина», визначено правовий статус національних меншин в Україні; досліджено історію соціальної роботи з національними меншинами в Україні. В практичній частині визначено специфіку становлення й розвиток соціальної роботи з національними меншинами в Україні, запропоновано проєкт Сектору соціальної роботи з представниками національних меншин у межах територіальної громади Херсонської області. Отримано висновки щодо соціальної роботи з національними меншинами в сучасній Україні на прикладі Херсонської області. / The work considers the peculiarities of social work with national minorities in modern Ukraine on the example of Kherson region. The theoretical part of the work analyzes the concept of "national minority", defines the legal status of national minorities in Ukraine; the history of social work with national minorities in Ukraine is investigated. The practical part defines the specifics of formation and development of social work with national minorities in Ukraine, proposed a project of the social work sector with representatives of national minorities within the territorial community of Kherson region. О.У роботі розглядаються особливості трансформації соціальних зв’язків жінок у декретній відпустці у зв’язку з епідемією КОВІД-19. The gualification work is devoted to the scientific analysis of problems related to the administrative and legal aspect of notarial activities. І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню правового статусу Ради національної безпеки і оборони України, як єдиного конституційно-визначеного державного органу, який здійснює контрольні функції стосовно забезпечення національної безпеки та оборони для держави та її громадян. Проаналізовано поняття «механізм державної влади» та визначено основні елементи механізму державної влади. Розкрито особливості Ради національної безпеки і оборони України як координаційного органу при Президентові України. Досліджено становлення РНБО та основні функції та принципи цього органу. З’ясовано порядок формування, структуру та компетенцію РНБО. Надано характеристику нормативно-правовим засадам діяльності РНБО. Проаналізовано та співвіднесено повноваження РНБО та органів виконавчої влади. / The qualification work is devoted to the study of the legal status of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, as the only constitutionally determined state body that performs control functions in relation to national security and defense for the state and its citizens. The concept of "mechanism of state power" is analyzed and the main elements of the mechanism of state power are determined. The peculiarities of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine as a coordinating body under the President of Ukraine are revealed. The formation of the National Security and Defense Council and the main functions and principles of this body are studied. The order of formation, structure and competence of the National Security and Defense Council are clarified. The characteristic of normative-legal bases of activity of the National Security and Defense Council is given. The qualification work is devoted to the analysis of protection of the legal status of citizens of Ukraine abroad. The concepts and constituent elements of the legal status of Ukrainian citizens abroad are characterized, international human rights standards in the system of legal protection of a person abroad are defined. International private-legal mechanisms of providision and protection of such persons are revealed. Gualification work is dedicated to the disclosure and consideration of classification of subjects of employment relationship, the legal status of the subject of employment relationship, consideration of problems of legal definition and regulation of individual subjects of employment relationship, analyzing problems of legal definition and regulation of collective subjects of employment relationship, the study of foreign experience of classification and legal status of subjects of employment relationship, clarification of advantages and disadvantages regarding the definition of the concept of subjects of employment relationship and legal regulation of their legal status under the draft Labor code of Ukraine.
