О.Магістерська робота присвячена дослідженню синтаксичних особливостей роману-квінтету Валерія Шевчука «Привид мертвого дому». В роботі охарактеризовано особливості індивідуального стилю письменника. Визначено синтаксичну структуру простих речень, синтаксичні засоби увиразнення у романі. Проаналізовано складні речення як характерну ознаку прози автора. The master's thesis is devoted to the study of syntactic features of Valeriy Shevchuk's quintet novel The Ghost of a Dead House. The work characterizes the peculiarities of the writer's individual style. The syntactic structure of simple sentences and syntactic means of expression in the novel are determined. Attention is focused on the main theoretical issues of the study of genres of prose texts, stylistic means and methods of English and their use in literary texts, analysis of stylistic means of phonographic, lexical, morphological and syntactic levels, methods of linguistic and stylistic analysis of Ernest Hemingway's texts.Item ПРОФІЛЮВАННЯ КОНЦЕПТУ ЖІНКА В СУЧАСНІЙ АНГЛІЙСЬКОМОВНІЙ ЛІТЕРАТУРІ (НА МАТЕРІАЛІ РОМАНУ МАРГАРЕТ ЕТВУД «ЗАПОВІТ»)(2020) Почапська, Г. С.В роботі визначено структурні складові концепту ЖІНКА в межах англійськомовного сучасного художнього дискурсу. Проаналізовано субконцепти периферійного й пред’ядерного шарів концепту ЖІНКА, які утворюють його домени, базуючись на зовнішній й внутрішній плани атрибутивного змісту лексеми «жінка». Розглянуто проблему специфікації й профілювання художнього концепту в сучасній лінгвокогнітології. Проаналізовано співвідношення понять «концепт» і «художній концепт». Виявлено основні характеристики художнього концепту. Визначено найбільш частотні кореляції слова «жінка» з різними частинами мови в досліджуваному тексті. Охарактеризовано стереотипізацію концепту ЖІНКА в художній й загальній англійськомовній картині. The work identifies the structural components of the concept WOMAN within the English-language contemporary artistic discourse. The subconcepts of the peripheral and prenuclear layers of the WOMAN concept, which form its domains, based on the external and internal plans of the attributive content of the lexeme "woman" are analyzed. The problem of specification and profiling of an artistic concept in modern linguo-cognitology is considered. The interrelation between the concepts "concept" and "artistic concept" is analyzed. The main characteristics of the artistic concept are concered. The most frequent correlations of the word "woman" with different parts of speech in the studied text are determined. М.Наукова робота присвячена дослідженню семантико-стилістичних конотацій чуттєвих образів в англійськомовній художній прозі. Увагу зосереджено на основних теоретичних положеннях дослідження лексики чуттєвого сприйняття, аналізі лексико-семантичних груп як засобу вивчення назв відчуттів, особливостях функціонування лексики на позначення чуттєвих образів у структурі художнього тексту, семантичних та стилістичних ознаках лексем на позначення відчуттів. The thesis deals with the research of semantic and stylistic connotations of sensory images in English prose fiction. Attention is focused on the main theoretical aspects of the study of vocabulary of sensory units, analysis of lexical-semantic groups as a means of studying the sensory names, the peculiarities of the functioning of lexical units denoting sensory images in the structure of the literary text, semantic and stylistic features of lexemes denoting sense perception.Item СПЕЦИФІКА ВІДТВОРЕНННЯ СЛЕНГУ В ПЕРЕКЛАДАХ ХУДОЖНІХ ТЕКСТІВ(2020) Рекунов, Є. Є.Кваліфікаційна робота зорієнтована на висвітлення теоретико-методологічних основ аналізу сленгу: сутності поняття «сленг», функцій та класифікації сленгу, способів утворення сленгових одиниць. У роботі розглядаються загальні проблеми передачі сленгу в перекладі, способи і прийоми перекладання сленгу та вивчається специфіка відтворення сленгу на матеріалі роману Джона Ірвінга «Правила будинку сидру» та його українськомовного перекладу. The qualifing paper is focused on studying the theoretical and methodological basis of analysis of the «slang» definition: the essence of the slang, the functions as well as the classification of slang and ways of slang formation. The paper highlights the general problems of slang rendering, methods and techniques of slang words rendering. This paper deals with the specificity of slang rendering (case study of John Irving’s novel “The Cider House Rules” and its Ukrainian translation).
