Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РОЗВИТКУ МЕДИЧНОГО ТУРИЗМУ(2024) Мустафаєва, Ф. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню розвитку медичного туризму. Розглянуто сутність, ознаки та функції медичного туризму, його типологія та географія. Проаналізовано сучасний стан і проблеми розвитку в Україні та світі. В роботі детально досліджено організаційні аспекти медичних турів, цільову аудиторію, маршрути та програми обслуговування відвідувачів. Проведено фінансово-економічне обґрунтування, включаючи аналіз витрат і доходів. На прикладі проєкту медичного туру до Швейцарії показано економічну обґрунтованість і конкурентоспроможність таких турів. Робота підкреслює перспективність медичного туризму для надання якісних медичних послуг і покращення якості життя клієнтів. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the development of medical tourism. The essence, features and functions of medical tourism, its typology and geography are considered. The current state and problems of development in Ukraine and the world are analyzed. The organizational aspects of medical tours, target audience, routes and visitor service programs are studied in detail. A financial and economic feasibility study was conducted, including an analysis of costs and revenues. The economic feasibility and competitiveness of such tours are shown on the example of a medical tour to Switzerland. The paper emphasizes the prospects of medical tourism for providing quality medical services and improving the quality of life of clients.Item ПРОБЛЕМИ І ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ МЕДИЧНОГО ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ І СВІТІ(2022) Куриленко, Ю. С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню аналізу особливостей функціонування медичного туризму в системі міжнародного туристичного ринку та визначення можливостей і перспектив розвитку України у даному напрямку. Перед суб’єктами постають такі завдання як вивчення теоретичних засад медичного туризму, аналіз тенденцій, що характеризують стан ринку медичного туризму в Україні та світі, дослідження факторів, що формують передумови для успішного розвитку медичного туризму на території України, аналіз проблематики та перешкод на шляху успішного становлення ринку медичного туризму, вивчення зарубіжного досвіду та порівняльний аналіз вітчизняного та іноземного ринків медичного туризму, формулювання ідей щодо подолання проблем, які існують в сфері медичного туризму України, а також вироблення рекомендацій по покращенню існуючого стану. The qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of the functioning of medical tourism in the system of the international tourist market and the determination of opportunities and prospects for the development of Ukraine in this direction. Subjects face such tasks as the study of the theoretical foundations of medical tourism, the analysis of trends characterizing the state of the medical tourism market in Ukraine and the world, the study of factors that form the prerequisites for the successful development of medical tourism on the territory of Ukraine, the analysis of problems and obstacles on the way to a successful formation of the medical tourism market, study of foreign experience and comparative analysis of domestic and foreign medical tourism markets, formulation of ideas for overcoming problems that exist in the field of medical tourism in Ukraine, as well as development of recommendations for improving the current state.Item РОЛЬ ВІКТИМНОЇ ПОВЕДІНКИ ПОТЕРПІЛИХ ПРИ ВЧИНЕННІ КРИМІНАЛЬНИХ ПРАВОПОРУШЕНЬ ПРОТИ ЖИТТЯ ТА ЗДОРОВ’Я ОСОБИ(2021) Дяченко, Н. С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню ролі віктимної поведінки потерпілих при вчиненні кримінальних правопорушень проти життя та здоров’я особи. В роботі досліджено загально-теоричні основи дослідження віктимної поведінки потерпілих при вчиненні кримінальних правопорушень проти життя та здоров’я особи; розкрито поняття, ознаки віктимної поведінки як предмета віктимології; охарактеризовано сутність віктимогенної ситуації при вчиненні тяжких насильницьких злочинів проти особи; досліджено поняття, віктомологічні ознаки та види потерпілого від злочинного правопорушення; розкрито взаємозв’язок злочинця та жертви під час вчинення злочинного правопорушення проти життя і здоров’я особи; проаналізовано поняття, ознаки та види проявів злочинного насильства, що ґрунтується на родинно-побутових стосунках; охарактеризовано жінку як віктимний суб’єкт кримінальних правопорушень проти життя та здоров’я особи вчинених на основі родинно-побутових стосунків. The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the role of victim behavior of victims in the commission of criminal offenses against life and health. The general theoretical bases of research of victim behavior of victims at commission of criminal offenses against life and health of the person are investigated in the work; the concept, signs of victim behavior as a subject of victimology are revealed; the essence of the victimogenic situation at commission of serious violent crimes against the person is characterized; the concepts, victomological signs and types of the victim of a criminal offense are investigated; the relationship between the offender and the victim during the commission of a criminal offense against the life and health of a person is revealed; the concepts, signs and types of manifestations of criminal violence based on family and domestic relations are analyzed; characterized the woman as a victim of criminal offenses against life and health of a person committed on the basis of family and domestic relations.Item Транскордонне співробітництво в сфері профілактики порушення режиму державного кордону(2020) Мормуль, К. Ю.Присвячена дослідженню сутності інституту державного кордону, комплексний аналіз норм чинного законодавства з питань правового статусу державного кордону України, порядку його перетинання, відповідальності за порушення діючих правових норм, що безпосередньо пов’язані з питанням захисту кордонів та належним їх функціонуванням, механізм транскордонного співробітництва в сфері профілактики порушення режиму державного кордону. В роботі досліджено історичний процес формування державних кордонів України та поняття, функції та види державних кордонів; проаналізовано правовий режим перетинання державного кордону України; проаналізовано особливості та склад адміністративних правопорушень, що посягають на встановлений законом порядок перетинання державного кордону; надано характеристику юридичної відповідальності, яка настає за незаконне перетинання державного кордону України; окреслено актуальні проблеми у сфері безпеки та охорони державного кордону України, механізму транскордонного співробітництва. Dedicated to the study of the essence of the state border, a comprehensive analysis of current legislation on the legal status of the state border of Ukraine, the procedure for crossing it, liability for violations of existing legal norms directly related to border protection and proper functioning, the mechanism of cross-border cooperation prevention of violations of the state border regime. The historical process of formation of state borders of Ukraine and concepts, functions and types of state borders are investigated in the work; the legal regime of crossing the state border of Ukraine is analyzed; the peculiarities and composition of administrative offenses that encroach on the procedure for crossing the state border established by law are analyzed; the characteristic of legal responsibility which comes for illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine is given; current problems in the field of security and protection of the state border of Ukraine, the mechanism of cross-border cooperation are outlined.Item Надання медичних послуг в Україні: проблеми теорії та практики(2020) Гавловський, О.
