Item Управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю фермерських господарств(2020) Чорноіваненко, В. В.В роботі розглянуто організацію фінансово-економічної роботи фермерських господарств та виділено основні напрями фінансової діяльності підприємства та його управління. Розкрито основні складові фінансово-економічної роботи підприємства та визначено розрахунок чистого грошового потоку від фінансової діяльності підприємства. Охарактеризовано специфіку фінансово-економічної діяльності фермерських господарств та здійснено оцінку їх організаційно-економічної діяльності. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність господарства, проведено комплексний аналіз фінансово-економічного стану підприємства. Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями удосконалення організації фінансово-економічної діяльності підприємства, що дало змогу надати пропозиції щодо управління фінансуванням приросту оборотних активів фермерського господарства. The organization of financial and economic work of farms is considered in the work and the basic directions of financial activity of the enterprise and its management are allocated. The main components of the financial and economic work of the enterprise are revealed and the calculation of the net cash flow from the financial activity of the enterprise is determined. The specifics of financial and economic activity of farms are characterized and their organizational and economic activity is assessed. The financial and economic activity of the economy is analyzed, the complex analysis of the financial and economic condition of the enterprise is carried out. The strategic directions of improving the organization of financial and economic activity of the enterprise are substantiated, which made it possible to provide proposals for managing the financing of the growth of current assets of the farm.Item МОТИВАЦІЯ ПРАЦІ ПЕРСОНАЛУ ЯК ВАЖЛИВИЙ ЧИННИК КАДРОВОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ СУЧАСНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА(2020) Куріленко, Р. С.Сучасна ринкова економіка характеризується сталим розвитком підприємств та фірм, які функціонують для досягнення головної мети – прибутку. Їх конкуренція виявляється в усьому: продукції, послугах сервісі обслуговування, стратегіях та дослідженнях, залученні споживачів тощо. Серед головних факторів, що визначають функціонування підприємства є не лише якісна продукція, гарна стратегія прийнятність ціни товару, новітні технології. Головним фактором є саме працівники цього підприємства, оскільки при кращих умовах роботи і спеціальному обладнанні працівники не завжди зацікавлені у своїй праці, а тому і в результаті діяльності самого підприємства. Багато з них працюють лише заради оплати своєї праці і часто результати їх роботи вимірюються не якісними, а кількісними показниками. Тому, успіх діяльності людини значно залежить від мотивації. The modern market economy is characterized by the sustainable development of enterprises and firms that operate to achieve the main goal - profit. Their competition is manifested in everything: products, service services, strategies and research, consumer engagement and more. Among the main factors that determine the functioning of the enterprise are not only quality products, good strategy, affordability of the price of goods, the latest technologies. The main factor is the employees of this enterprise, because under the best working conditions and special equipment, employees are not always interested in their work, but also as a result of the enterprise itself. Many of them work only to pay for their work and often the results of their work are measured not by qualitative but by quantitative indicators. Therefore, the success of human activity depends largely on motivation.
