Водночас проблема впливу міжнародного досвіду на формування корпоративної культури вітчизняних підприємств досі детально не вивчена, що зумовлює актуальність подальших досліджень у цій сфері. The article studies the peculiarities of organizational culture in an information services enterprise, identifies trends in its development in contemporary conditions, and enhances the methodological approach to assessing the level of its development.
