Item ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ЧИННИКИ ВПЛИВУ НА ЗМАГАЛЬНУ РЕЗУЛЬТАТИВНІСТЬ ЛЕГКОАТЛЕТІВ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ(2024) Охріменко, В. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню чинників впливу на результативність легкоатлетів України в умовах воєнного стану. Було проведено детальний аналіз чинників, котрі впливають на змагальну діяльність українських спортсменів в умовах воєнного стану. Основна увага була зосереджена на дослідженні умов, які обмежують тренувальні та змагальні процеси, а також на впливі зовнішніх факторів, таких як психологічний стрес, обмежений доступ до спортивної інфраструктури та фінансові труднощі. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the organizational and economic factors influencing the competitive performance of athletes in the conditions of military rule. A detailed analysis of the factors affecting the competitive activity of Ukrainian athletes under martial law was carried out. The main focus was on the study of the conditions that limit the training and competition processes, as well as on the influence of external factors, such as psychological stress, limited access to sports infrastructure and financial difficulties.Item УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЮ РОБОТИ КЕРІВНОГО ПЕРСОНАЛУ(2024) Крючок, М. В.У роботі було проаналізовано управління ефективністю керівного персоналу в сучасних економічних умовах, включаючи воєнний час, що вимагає від керівників широкого спектру навичок для прийняття ефективних рішень. Дослідження показало, що ефективність керівного персоналу є ключовим чинником конкурентоспроможності підприємства, а розвиток навичок у кризових умовах підвищує його привабливість і якість послуг. Проведено аналіз моделей управління в Україні на прикладі ПАТ «Sense Bank», виявлено стабільність трудових ресурсів, але відсутність системної роботи з персоналом. Запропоновано проведення заходів з підвищення кваліфікації керівного персоналу та тренінгів з оволодіння навичками тайм-менеджменту і самоменеджменту The study analyzed the management efficiency of executive personnel in the current economic conditions, including wartime, which requires a wide range of skills from managers for effective decision-making. The research showed that the efficiency of executive personnel is a key factor in a company's competitiveness, and the development of skills in crisis conditions enhances its attractiveness and quality of services. An analysis of management models in Ukraine was conducted using the example of JSC "Sense Bank", revealing stability in the workforce but a lack of systematic personnel work. It is proposed to conduct training sessions for the professional development of management personnel and workshops on time management and self-management skills.Item ПЕРФОРМАНС У СУЧАСНОМУ УКРАЇНСЬКОМУ ТА ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОМУ АРМІЙСЬКОМУ СЕРЕДОВІЩІ(2023) Пулінець, Ю. М.Цікавість дослідження перформансу, як різновиду мистецтва акціонізму, полягає в ідеї вираження вільної думки, через рухи, голос, взаємодію з глядачами. Може використовуватись для обговорення актуальних проблем сьогодення: політика, гендерна та расова рівність, війна, екологія. Висвітлення військових проблем через творчий підхід є важливим для вірного трактування подій, залучення допомоги, посилення армії. У перформансі використовуються різні техніки, такі як театралізація реальності, експериментальне звучання, візуальні ефекти та взаємодія з публікою. Цей вид мистецтва відкриває безмежні можливості для творчого самовираження та сприяє взаємодії між різними сферами творчості, від музики та танцю до філософії та політики. Перспективи розвитку перформансу є досить широкими, оскільки цей вид діяльності постійно еволюціонує та адаптується до сучасних технологій та вимог аудиторії. Зараз перформанс розглядається як один з найбільш перспективних напрямів мистецтва та культури, що може знайти своє застосування в різних сферах діяльності, від театру та кіно до підприємництва та маркетингу. The interest of performance research, as a type of action art, lies in the idea of expressing free thought through movements, voice, and interaction with the audience. Can be used to discuss current issues: politics, gender and racial equality, war, ecology. Clarifying military issues through a creative approach is important for the correct interpretation of events, attracting help, and strengthening the army. Various techniques are used in the performance, such as theatricalization of reality, experimental sound, visual effects and interaction with the audience. This art form opens up endless possibilities for creative expression and promotes interaction between different fields of creativity, from music and dance to philosophy and politics. The prospects for the development of performance art are quite broad, as this type of activity constantly evolves and adapts to modern technologies and audience requirements. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто: розвиток візуально-перформативних практик у сучасній культурі. Робота складається зі вступу, двох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. У першому розділі здійснено аналіз джерельної бази та категоріального апарату, простежено генезис художнього акціонізму. У другому розділі розглянуто перформанс та хепенінг як візуально-видовищні форми акціонізму; описано флешмоб у контексті сучасних соціокультурних процесів. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному дослідженні найбільш поширених інтерактивних форм художньої культури та виділенні їх специфічних характеристик, враховуючи сучасну культурологічну та мистецтвознавчу думку. In the qualification work is considered): the development of visual-performative practices in modern culture. The work consists of an introduction, two sections, conclusions, a list of sources used. In the first section the analysis of the source base and categorical apparatus is carried out, the genesis of artistic actionism is traced. The second section considers performance and happening as visual and entertainment forms of actionism; describes a flash mob in the context of modern socio-cultural processes. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive study of the most common interactive forms of art culture and the selection of their specific characteristics, taking into account modern culturological and art thought.Item Арт-протест як соціокультурний феномен(2020) Шаповал, А. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто мистецький протест, як феноменальне явище у художньому світі, культурі, суспільстві та його значення у соціокультурному просторі. Робота складається з двох розділів. У першому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз джерельної бази та розкрито сутність поняття «протест», його різновиди та форми. У другому – розглянуто підвалини протестного мистецтва в культурі та наведено приклади його прояву в контексті нонконформістської культури, а також розглянуто поняття арт-активізму як форми існування сучасного протесту та представлено результати соціологічного дослідження щодо значення та дієвості арт-протестів у сучасному суспільстві. The qualifying work considers artistic protest as a phenomenal phenomenon in the art world, culture, society and its significance in the socio-cultural space. The work consists of two sections. The first section analyzes the source base and reveals the essence of the concept of "protest", its varieties and forms. The second examines the foundations of protest art in culture and gives examples of its manifestation in the context of nonconformist culture, as well as the concept of art activism as a form of modern protest and the results of sociological research on the meaning and effectiveness of art protests in modern society.Item АКТУАЛЬНІ ПИТАННЯ УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ МУЗИЧНО-ВИКОНАВСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В КЛАСІ АКОРДЕОНА(2020) Слива, К. О.У кваліфікаційній роботі аналізується значення виконавської майстерності акордеоніста; розкрито зміст поняття «виконавство» охарактеризовано засоби виразності композитора, виконавця; розглянуто основні інтерпретаторські можливості; проаналізовано досвід використання музично-виражальних засобів; визначено особливості використання специфічних виражальних засобів. Набуті знання про високо-художню майстерність гри на акордеоні впливають на естетичні смаки виконавців. Застосування критичного фахового аналізу виконуваних творів формує здатність переоцінки художнього змісту твору. The qualifying work analyzes the importance of the accordionist's performance skills; the meaning of the concept of "performance" is revealed, the means of expression of the composer, performer are characterized, the main interpretive possibilities are considered; the experience of using musical and expressive means is analyzed; features of use of specific means of expression are defined. Acquired knowledge about the highly artistic skill of playing the accordion affects the aesthetic tastes of performers. The use of critical professional analysis of performed works forms the ability to reassess the artistic content of the work.
