    Питання про суб’єкти кримінального процесу, їх процесуальний статус має істотне значення. Від правильного його рішення безпосередньо залежить успішна реалізація завдань кримінального судочинства, дієвий захист прав і законних інтересів фізичних і юридичних осіб. Участь же осіб в кримінально-процесуальному провадженні вимагає чіткого знання прав та обов’язків кожного суб’єкта (учасника) цих відносин. Адже саме в ході кримінального процесу вирішуються питання про притягнення особи до кримінальної відповідальності – суттєвого обмеження її прав та свобод. Метою дослідження є визначення характеристики суб’єктів кримінального процесу. The question of the subjects of criminal proceedings, their procedural status is essential. The successful implementation of the tasks of criminal proceedings, effective protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities directly depends on its correct decision. The participation of persons in criminal proceedings requires a clear knowledge of the rights and responsibilities of each subject (participant) of these relations. After all, it is during the criminal process that the issues of bringing a person to criminal responsibility - a significant restriction of his rights and freedoms - are resolved. The purpose of the study is to determine the characteristics of the subjects of criminal proceedings.

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню змісту, а також проблемних питань, які надали змогу встановити процесуальний статус учасників позовного провадження у господарському судочинстві України. В ході роботи було надано загальнотеоретичну характеристику учасників позовного провадження у господарському судочинстві, проаналізовано особливості щодо встановлення процесуального статусу учасників позовного провадження у господарському судочинстві, а також охарактеризовано проблеми щодо встановлення процесуального статусу окремих учасників позовного провадження у господарському судочинстві під час реалізації основних прав та обов’язків. The qualifying work is devoted research of the content, as well as problematic issues that made it possible to identify procedural status participants in litigation in the commercial litigation Ukraine. In the course of work was provided general theoretical characteristics procedural status participants in litigation in the commercial litigation, features of installation are analyzed procedural status participants in litigation in the commercial litigation and installation problems are described procedural status individual participants in litigation in the commercial litigation during the implementation of the main rights and duties.
