    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу розвитку та корегування умов діяльності готельної індустрії Херсонської області в сучасних умовах. У роботі використано наступні методи: синтезу наукової інформації, аналізу літературних та інформаційних джерел, дослідження та обробки наукових статистичних даних, експериментальних досліджень, збору та обробки інформації. У ході дослідження були виявлені, недоліки світових готельних мереж, та розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення готельних закладів Херсонської області на основі сучасних світових тенденцій розвитку індустрії гостинності. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the process of development and adjustment of the conditions of the hotel industry of the Kherson region in modern conditions. The following methods are used in the work: synthesis of scientific information, analysis of literature and information sources, research and processing of scientific statistics, experimental research, collection and processing of information. The study identified the shortcomings of global hotel chains, and developed recommendations for improving hotel facilities in the Kherson region on the basis of current global trends in the hospitality industry.

    Проєктування та розроблення сервісної архітектури управління бізнес-процесами університету. Сервіс «Забезпечення якості освіти»

    В дипломній роботі йде мова про перехід до концепції digital university, що передбачає впровадження більш гнучких процесів, зміну корпоративної культури, оптимізацію всіх процесів діяльності університету. Проект передбачає програму заходів модернізації ІКТ інфраструктури, надання сучасних та зручних сервісів, зокрема сервісу «Забезпечення якості освіти» студентам, викладачам та працівникам закладу вищої освіти. Розглянуто основні етапи проєктування та розроблення сервісу. Реалізацію проекту було здійснено за допомогою Python-фреймворку для розробки веб-систем Django, JavaScript бібліотеки для створення інтерфейсів користувача React та системи керування базами даних PostgreSQL. Розроблений сервіс дозволяє спростити та автоматизувати процес отримання зворотного зв’язку від студентів та викладачів для отримання повноцінної картини стану викладання у закладах освіти. The diploma work about with the transition to the concept of digital university, which involves the introduction of more flexible processes, changing corporate culture, optimization of all processes of the university. The project envisages a program of measures to modernize the ICT infrastructure, providing modern and convenient services, including the service "Quality Assurance in Education" to students, teachers and employees of higher education institutions. The main stages of design and development of the service are considered. The project was implemented using the Python framework for the development of Django web systems, the JavaScript library for creating React user interfaces and the PostgreSQL database management system. The developed service allows simplifying and automating the process of receiving feedback from students and teachers to get a complete picture of the state of teaching in educational institutions.
