Item ГАСТРОТУРИЗМ ЯК ФАКТОР СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ ТУРИСТИЧНИХ ДЕСТИНАЦІЙ(2025) Лигун, С. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено гастрономічний туризм як важливий чинник сталого розвитку туристичних дестинацій. Проаналізовано сучасний стан гастротуризму в Україні та світі, виявлено його економічний, культурний і соціальний вплив на місцеві громади та підприємства сфери гостинності. Розкрито механізми формування гастрономічної привабливості регіонів, роль локальної кухні у зміцненні туристичного іміджу, а також перспективи інтеграції гастротуризму у стратегії сталого розвитку дестинацій. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо розвитку гастрономічних маршрутів, залучення місцевих виробників, підтримки кулінарної спадщини та просування гастротуристичних продуктів на внутрішньому та міжнародному ринках. Отримані результати можуть бути використані органами місцевого самоврядування, туристичними операторами та представниками HoReCa для підвищення привабливості дестинацій, збереження культурної ідентичності та забезпечення довготривалого економічного ефекту від туризму. This qualification paper explores gastro tourism as a significant factor in the sustainable development of tourist destinations. The current state of gastro tourism in Ukraine and globally is analyzed, along with its economic, cultural, and social impact on local communities and hospitality businesses. The research highlights the mechanisms for forming the gastronomic appeal of regions, the role of local cuisine in strengthening a destination’s tourist image, and the prospects for integrating gastro tourism into sustainability strategies. Practical recommendations are proposed for the development of gastronomic routes, involvement of local producers, preservation of culinary heritage, and promotion of gastro tourism products in domestic and international markets. The results of this study can be utilized by local authorities, tourism operators, and HoReCa sector representatives to enhance destination appeal, preserve cultural identity, and ensure long-term economic benefits from tourism.Item ВПЛИВ ГАСТРОНОМІЧНОГО ТУРИЗМУ НА РОЗВИТОК РЕСТОРАННОГО БІЗНЕСУ ХЕРСОНЩИНИ(2025) Павловська, О. Ф.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено вплив гастрономічного туризму на розвиток ресторанного бізнесу Херсонської області. Розкрито сутність гастрономічного туризму як інструменту культурної і економічної активізації регіону. Проаналізовано сучасний стан ресторанної інфраструктури, її адаптацію до потреб гастротуристів, а також взаємозв’язок між локальною кухнею, туристичною привабливістю та економічною вигодою для бізнесу. Визначено перспективні напрямки розвитку гастрономічного туризму, зокрема через фестивалі, фермерські тури, партнерства з локальними виробниками та впровадження автентичних меню. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності ресторанних закладів регіону через гастрономічну ідентичність. The qualification paper explores the impact of gastronomic tourism on the development of the restaurant business in the Kherson region. It reveals the essence of gastronomic tourism as a tool for cultural and economic revitalization of the region. The current state of restaurant infrastructure is analyzed, including its adaptation to the needs of gastronomic tourists, and the relationship between local cuisine, tourism attractiveness, and economic benefits for the restaurant sector is assessed. The paper identifies promising directions for the development of gastronomic tourism, such as festivals, farm tours, partnerships with local producers, and the introduction of authentic menus. Practical recommendations are proposed to enhance the competitiveness of restaurants in the region by emphasizing their gastronomic identity.Item ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ТА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ГІДРОГРАФІЧНОЇ МЕРЕЖІ БАСЕЙНУ НИЖНЬОГО ДНІПРА(2025) Бушманова, К. Є.Дослідження розглядає сучасні тенденції відновлення та трансформації гідрографічної мережі басейну Нижнього Дніпра, яка є важливою складовою водного ресурсу України. Робота зосереджена на аналізі природних та антропогенних чинників, що впливають на стан водних систем, а також на вивченні екологічних наслідків їх трансформації. Окрема увага приділяється оцінці ефективності існуючих підходів до управління водними ресурсами та ініціатив із відновлення річкових ландшафтів з метою забезпечення сталого розвитку регіону / The study examines current trends in the restoration and transformation of the hydrographic network of the Lower Dnipro basin, which is an important component of the water resources of Ukraine. The work focuses on the analysis of natural and anthropogenic factors affecting the state of water systems, as well as on the study of the environmental consequences of their transformation. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних і практичних аспектів місцевого самоврядування як суб’єкта децентралізації влади в Україні. Цілком ймовірно, що модель територіального управління в Україні знаходиться на порозі змін, що робить цей момент ідеальним для роздумів про місцеве та регіональне управління в Україні та аналізу його наслідків для європейської інтеграції. Децентралізацію по праву можна вважати однією з найбільш «гуманних» реформ, яка проводиться в Україні і яка забезпечує якісне покращення середовища проживання людей, можливість реалізувати їх прагнення щодо якісної освіти, медицини, культури, соціального захисту. Значення роботи полягає в тому, що розроблені рекомендації дозволять ефективно розвивати територію в рамках стратегічного плану входження до об’єднаної територіальної громади та розвитку вже існуючої громади на основі створених автором концептуальних положень. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of local self-government as a subject of decentralization of power in Ukraine. It is likely that the model of territorial governance in Ukraine is on the verge of change, which makes this moment ideal for thinking about local and regional governance in Ukraine and analyzing its implications for European integration. Decentralization can rightly be considered one of the most "humane" reforms carried out in Ukraine and which ensures the qualitative improvement of people's living environment, the opportunity to realize their aspirations for quality education, medicine, culture, and social protection. The significance of the work is that the developed recommendations will allow effective development of the territory within the framework of the strategic plan of joining the united territorial community and the development of the already existing community based on the conceptual provisions created by the author.
