О.Магістерська робота на тему «Транскордонне співробітництво в діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України: проблеми та перспективи» присвячена дослідженню теоретико-правових основ, нормативно-правового забезпечення, функцій та повноважень Державної прикордонної служби України (ДПСУ) у сфері транскордонного співробітництва. У першому розділі аналізуються поняття, ознаки та зміст транскордонного співробітництва, його принципи, функції та організаційно-правові форми, а також нормативно-правова база, що регулює діяльність у цій сфері. Другий розділ спрямований на визначення ролі ДПСУ у транскордонному співробітництві, зокрема у забезпеченні національної безпеки, а також на виявлення проблем та перспектив розвитку цього напряму. Робота містить науково обґрунтовані висновки, практичні рекомендації щодо оптимізації транскордонного співробітництва ДПСУ, а також пропозиції щодо вдосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення. Зміст роботи сприятиме підвищенню ефективності діяльності ДПСУ у сфері транскордонного співробітництва, особливо в умовах сучасних викликів та загроз.. The master's thesis titled "Cross-Border Cooperation in the Activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects" is dedicated to examining the theoretical and legal foundations, regulatory framework, functions, and powers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGSU) in the field of cross-border cooperation. The first chapter analyzes the concept, features, and essence of cross-border cooperation, its principles, functions, organizational and legal forms, as well as the regulatory framework governing activities in this area. The second chapter focuses on defining the role of the SBGSU in cross-border cooperation, particularly in ensuring national security, and identifying challenges and prospects for the development of this area. The thesis provides scientifically grounded conclusions, practical recommendations for optimizing cross-border cooperation of the SBGSU, and proposals for improving the regulatory framework. The content of the study aims to enhance the efficiency of the SBGSU's activities in the field of cross-border cooperation, particularly in the context of modern challenges and threats..Item ПРАВОВИЙ СТАТУС РАДИ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ І ОБОРОНИ УКРАЇНИ В МЕХАНІЗМІ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ВЛАДИ(2020) Верлата, Д. І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню правового статусу Ради національної безпеки і оборони України, як єдиного конституційно-визначеного державного органу, який здійснює контрольні функції стосовно забезпечення національної безпеки та оборони для держави та її громадян. Проаналізовано поняття «механізм державної влади» та визначено основні елементи механізму державної влади. Розкрито особливості Ради національної безпеки і оборони України як координаційного органу при Президентові України. Досліджено становлення РНБО та основні функції та принципи цього органу. З’ясовано порядок формування, структуру та компетенцію РНБО. Надано характеристику нормативно-правовим засадам діяльності РНБО. Проаналізовано та співвіднесено повноваження РНБО та органів виконавчої влади. / The qualification work is devoted to the study of the legal status of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, as the only constitutionally determined state body that performs control functions in relation to national security and defense for the state and its citizens. The concept of "mechanism of state power" is analyzed and the main elements of the mechanism of state power are determined. The peculiarities of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine as a coordinating body under the President of Ukraine are revealed. The formation of the National Security and Defense Council and the main functions and principles of this body are studied. The order of formation, structure and competence of the National Security and Defense Council are clarified. The characteristic of normative-legal bases of activity of the National Security and Defense Council is given. The powers of the National Security and Defense Council and executive bodies are analyzed and correlated.
