    ПСИХОЛОГІЧНА СУМІСНІСТЬ ЯК ПЕРЕДУМОВА ЕФЕКТИВНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В КОМЕРЦІЙНИХ ТА НЕКОМЕРЦІЙНИХ (ДЕРЖАВНИХ) ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯХ

    У роботі досліджено поняття психологічної сумісності та її вплив на ефективність взаємодії між індивідами та групами. Встановлено, що успішна взаємодія базується на емоційній гармонії, розвинених комунікаційних навичках, взаємній повазі, спільних цінностях та цілях, гнучкості, толерантності, довірі і взаємній відповідальності. Застосовуючи діагностичний інструментарій, встановлено відмінності у рівні психологічної сумісності працівників комерційних та некомерційних організацій. Виявлено, що працівники некомерційних установ оцінюють атмосферу у колективі вище та виявляють більшу орієнтацію на спілкування та стратегії співпраці під час конфліктних ситуацій. The concept of psychological compatibility and its influence on the efficiency of interaction between individuals and groups is investigated in the work. It has been established that successful interaction is based on emotional harmony, developed communication skills, mutual respect, shared values and goals, flexibility, tolerance, trust and mutual responsibility. Using diagnostic tools, differences in the level of psychological compatibility of employees of commercial and non-commercial organizations were established. It was found that employees of non-profit institutions rate the atmosphere in the team higher and show a greater orientation towards communication and cooperation strategies during conflict situations.

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі у веслувальному спорті з комплектуванням екіпажів, оптимальних за складом. У ході дослідження визначено роль соціально-психологічного клімату у висококваліфікованих екіпажах з веслування академічного в досягненні спортивних результатів. Qualification work is devoted to the problem of rowing with the staffing of crews, optimal in composition. The study identified the role of socio-psychological climate in highly qualified academic rowing crews in achieving sports results.
