Item ПСИХОЛОГІЧНА ПІДГОТОВЛЕНІСТЬ ШАХІСТІВ ДО ТРЕНУВАЛЬНОЇ ТА ЗМАГАЛЬНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ(2023) Гавриченко, В. С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення психологічної підготовленості шахістів до тренувальної та змагальної діяльності. Показано, що збільшення кількості годин на психологічну підготовку вдвічі, позитивно вплинуло на психічний стан шахістів, зокрема зниження тривожності та підвищення концентрації тощо. Розроблені рекомендації для тренерів та психологів щодо оптимізації процесів психологічної підготовки, активного включення психологічної підготовки у процес навчання та підготовки шахістів, адже вона показала свою ефективність в покращенні психологічної стабільності гравців під час тренувань та змагань. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying the psychological readiness of chess players for training and competitive activities. It was shown that doubling the number of hours of psychological training had a positive effect on the mental state of chess players, in particular, reducing anxiety and increasing concentration, etc. Recommendations have been developed for coaches and psychologists regarding the optimization of psychological training processes, the active inclusion of psychological training in the process of learning and training chess players, because it has shown its effectiveness in improving the psychological stability of players during training and competitions.Item СОЦІАЛЬНО- ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИЙ ТРЕНІНГ ЯК ЗАСІБ НАВЧАННЯ І РОЗВИТКУ ПЕРСОНАЛУ(2022) Нікодон, О. О.Метою роботи є дослідження можливості та перспективи використання організаційного тренінгу для навчання та розвитку персоналу. Розроблено та проведено тренінг «Ефективне управління та розвиток персоналу» для представників малого та середнього бізнесу, які безпосередньо працюють з людським ресурсом. Під час тренінгового процесу відбувається взаємодія між учасниками, обмін інформацією, аналіз ситуацій, моделювання ситуації та поведінки, пошук шляхів вирішення проблемних ситуацій. Інтерактивні технології дозволяють залучити у процес не тільки когнітивні процеси людини, а також її емоції, особистісні якості, креативність – отже, до процесу включається весь потенціал цілісної особистості. Після проходження тренінгу учасники отримали низку практичних знань та навичок, які були оцінені ними як корисні для підвищення ефективності роботи. Практична значущість одержаних результатів полягає в можливості використання розробленого і апробованого тренінгу для розвитку навичок ефективного управління у представників цільової групи. Безумовною перевагою даного тренінгового продукту є його розробка спеціально для потреб місцевого бізнесу. Досліджено, що перспективи використання організаційного тренінгу для навчання та розвитку персоналу полягають у можливості отримання знань, навичок, зміні ставлення та поведінки. Можно зробити висновок , що соціально-психологічний тренінг є зручним сучасним засобом навчання і розвитку персоналу завдяки особливостям технології передачі знань і практичній направленості./ Abstract. The purpose of the work is to study the possibility and prospects of using organizational training for training and development of personnel. The training "Effective management and personnel development" was developed and conducted for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses who work directly with human resources. During the training process, there is interaction between participants, exchange of information, analysis of situations, modeling of situations and behavior, search for ways to solve problem situations. Interactive technologies make it possible to involve in the process not only the cognitive processes of a person, but also his emotions, personal qualities, creativity - therefore, the entire potential of a complete personality is included in the process. After the training, the participants received a number of practical knowledge and skills, which were evaluated by them as useful for increasing work efficiency. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the developed and tested training for the development of effective management skills among the representatives of the target group. It is possible to conclude that socio-psychological training is a convenient modern means of training and personnel development due to the features of knowledge transfer technology and practical orientation.Item ТЕХНІКО-ТАКТИЧНА ПІДГОТОВКА ЮНИХ ГАНДБОЛІСТОК(2021) Василенко, К. М.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена визначенню дослідженню рівнів технічної та тактичної підготовленості юних гандболісток. Покращення техніко-тактичної майстерності юних гандболісток відноситься до числа пріоритетних питань, що потребують ефективного вирішення на шляху до досягнень вищих спортивних результатів .Доведено, що техніко-тактична підготовленість юних гандболісток відповідає високому та досконалому рівнів. При визначенні рівня технічної підготовленості юних гандболісток нами було використано два тести: 1) тест комбінована вправа ведення м’яча з кидком по воротам, 2) тест комбінована вправа передачею м’яча та кидок по воротам. Під час двосторонньої гри, визначалася техніко-тактична підготовленість юних гандболісток. Експертами (тренерами, викладачами тощо) оцінювалися не тільки результативні дії гравців команди, а й індивідуальне тактичне мислення, раціональний взаємозв’язок між юними гандболістками. Завдяки варіативності в процесі удосконалення технічних навичок досягалася стійкість техніки юних гандболісток під час змагань. Qualification work is devoted to determining the study of levels of technical and tactical training of young handball players. Improving the technical and tactical skills of young handball players is one of the priority issues that need to be effectively addressed on the way to achieving higher sports results. It is proved that the technical and tactical training of young handball players corresponds to high and perfect levels. In determining the level of technical readiness of young handball players, we used two tests: 1) the test of combined exercise of driving the ball with a throw on goal, 2) the test of combined exercise by passing the ball and throwing on goal. During the two-sided game, the technical and tactical readiness of young handball players was determined. Experts (coaches, teachers, etc.) evaluated not only the effective actions of the team players, but also individual tactical thinking, the rational relationship between young handball players. Due to the variability in the process of improving technical skills, the stability of the equipment of young handball players during the competition was achieved.Item АДАПТАЦІЯ ДІТЕЙ З ЗАГАЛЬНИМ НЕДОРОЗВИНЕННЯМ МОВЛЕННЯ ДО ШКІЛЬНОГО НАВЧАННЯ(2021) Сичова, Є. І.У роботі за допомогою педагогічного експерименту досліджувалися особливості адаптації дітей молодшого шкільного віку до навчання в школі, проаналізовано основні аспекти готовності дитини до навчальної діяльності. Перший розділ присвячений теоретичним засадам адаптованості дітей до процесу навчання в першому класі, охарактеризована кожна сфера навчальної готовності до навчальної діяльності. Другий розділ показує специфіку різних методик перевірки всіх сфер готовності дитини до навчання в школі і запропоновано корекційно-розвиткові програми для кращого процесу адаптації дитини з вадами мовлення. У висновку висвітлено проблему забезпечення умов навчання для дітей першого класу з урахуваннях вікових і психофізіологічних особливостей. In the work with the help of pedagogical experiment the peculiarities of adaptation of children of primary school age to schooling were investigated, the main aspects of readiness of the child for educational activity were analyzed. The first section is devoted to the theoretical foundations of children's adaptation to the learning process in the first grade, describes each area of educational readiness for learning activities. The second section shows the specifics of different methods of testing all areas of readiness of the child to study at school and offers correctional and developmental programs for better adaptation of the child with speech defects. In conclusion, the problem of providing learning conditions for first grade children, taking into account age and psychophysiological characteristics.Item ПЛАНУВАННЯ ФІЗИЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ФУТБОЛІСТІВ РІЗНОГО ІГРОВОГО АМПЛУА(2021) Зуб, О. В.Велика кількість провідних вчених визнають, що існує невідповідність рівня розвитку спортивних ігор в Україні світовому рівню та національним інтересам і потребам. Серед багатьох причин вони вказують на головну ─ недостатнє організаційне та методичне забезпечення навчально-тренувального процесу і в тому числі відсутність науково-обґрунтованої системи комплексного контролю, що призводить до не вдосконаленню управління підготовкою спортивних команд країни. Це положення, в першу чергу, відноситься до футболу, якщо врахувати, що змагальна діяльність футболістів пов’язана з екстремальними фізичними та психологічними навантаженнями, які вимагають граничної мобілізації усіх можливостей організму. Останнє вимагає високої фізичної підготовленості спортсменів, яка досягається шляхом використання значних тренувальних навантажень. A large number of leading scientists acknowledge that there is a mismatch between the level of development of sports games in Ukraine and the world level and national interests and needs. Among many reasons, they point to the main ─ insufficient organizational and methodological support of the educational and training process, including the lack of a scientifically sound system of integrated control, which leads to non-improvement of training management of sports teams in the country. This provision applies primarily to football, given that the competitive activities of football players are associated with extreme physical and psychological stress, which requires extreme mobilization of all the body's capabilities. The latter requires high physical fitness of athletes, which is achieved through the use of significant training loads.Item РУХЛИВІ ІГРИ ТА ЕСТАФЕТИ В ПІДГОТОВЦІ ЮНИХ БАСКЕТБОЛІСТІВ(2021) Яцюк, В. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню впливу рухливих ігор та естафет на підготовку юних баскетболістів. В роботі експериментально доведена ефективність використання рухливих ігор та естафет в підготовці юних баскетболістів. В ході дослідження спостерігається зростання результатів в межах від 13% до 20 %. Отримані дані підтверджують дані провідних науковців стосовного того, що рухливі ігри та естафети значно впливають на підготовку юних баскетболістів. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the impact of moving games and relays on the training of young basketball players. The paper experimentally proves the effectiveness of the use of mobile games and relays in the training of young basketball players. During the study, there is an increase in results in the range from 13% to 20%. Ю.У роботі порушена проблема оновлення методичного інструментарію у викладанні інформатики в умовах реформування освіти в Україні, переосмислення традиційних методів навчання, їх модернізація та адаптація до нових умов. Проаналізовано можливості проєктного методу в реалізації міждисциплінарних зв’язків у системі навчання STEM. Робота містить дослідження праць науковців з проблеми, огляд нормативно-правової бази проєктної діяльності, ресурсів вчителю для її організації із застосуванням STEM технологій та залучення до їх реалізації такого перспективного напряму, як робототехніка, практичні розробки на допомогу вчителю інформатики. The paper raises the issue of updating the methodological tools in the teaching of computer science in the context of education reform in Ukraine, rethinking traditional teaching methods, their modernization and adaptation to new conditions. The possibilities of the project method in the implementation of interdisciplinary links in the STEM training system are analyzed.
