    У кваліфікаційній роботі розглядаються особливості відтворення текстів сучасної драматургії для постанови мовою перекладу. Для адекватного перекладу тексту оригіналу перекладач має усвідомлювати розбіжності в культурному фонді носії різних мов і прагнути його зробити максимально зрозумілим реципієнту / The qualifying work examines the peculiarities of reproducing the texts of modern drama for the resolution in the language of translation. For an adequate translation of the original text, the translator must be aware of differences in the cultural background of speakers of different languages and strive to make it as understandable as possible to the recipient.

    Аналіз та побудова інсерційної моделі апаратури інтегральної схеми

    Робота присвячена аналізу та розробці інсерційної моделі апаратури інтегральної схеми. Метою роботи є створення інсерційної семантики мови VHDL, а також розробка транслятора, здатного перетворювати проєкти VHDL у інсерційну модель. Наукова новизна у тому, що було вперше проведено опис інсерційної семантики мови VHDL. Практичне значення роботи полягає у тому, що отриману семантику та транслятор можна використовувати для побудови інсерційних моделей проєктів VHDL для формальної верифікації. The work is devoted to the analysis and development of an insertion model of hardware of an integrated circuit. The aim of the work is to create the insertion semantics of the VHDL language, as well as to develop a translator capable of converting VHDL projects into an insertion model. The scientific novelty is that the insertion semantics of the VHDL language was described for the first time. The practical significance of the work is that the obtained semantics and translator can be used to build insertion models of VHDL projects for formal verification.

    Правовий статус перекладача у кримінальному провадженні

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена правовому статусу перекладача у кримінальному провадженні. Без нього не можливе проведення слідчих та процесуальних дій, захист прав, свобод і законних інтересів учасників, якщо хтось із них недостатньо володіє або не володіє мовою, якою здійснюється кримінальне провадження. Формою реалізації принципу мови кримінального судочинства є участь у провадженні перекладача в передбачених законом випадках Проведеним дослідженням підтверджується, що в кримінальному судочинстві особа, яка має знання мов, необхідних для перекладу, може вступати у кримінальне провадження у статусі фахівця або перекладача. У дослідженні висвітлено найбільш проблемні і дискусійні питання і запропоновані актуальні і ефективні рекомендації по їх вирішенню. Значущість дослідження бачиться в тому, що в нім ми спробували збудувати ефективний механізм захисту прав особи, яка не володіє мовою, на якій здійснюється кримінальне провадження. The qualification work is devoted to the legal status of an interpreter in criminal proceedings. Without it, it is not possible to conduct investigative and procedural actions, protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of participants, if one of them does not know enough or does not know the language in which the criminal proceedings. The form of implementation of the principle of the language of criminal proceedings is participation in the translation of an interpreter in cases provided by law. The study highlights the most problematic and controversial issues and offers relevant and effective recommendations for their solution. The significance of the study is seen in the fact that in it we tried to build an effective mechanism for protecting the rights of a person who does not speak the language in which criminal proceedings are conducted.
