Item ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ГУМАНІТАРНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ НАСЕЛЕННЮ ДЕОКУПОВАНИХ ГРОМАД(2025) Сівак Н. О.У дослідженні здійснено спробу охарактеризувати сутність та поняття соціально-гуманітарної допомоги, проаналізувати нормативно-правове забезпечення надання соціально-гуманітарної допомоги в умовах війни в Україні, дослідити роль органів державної влади, місцевого самоврядування та недержавного сектору у наданні соціально-гуманітарної допомоги. На основі загальної характеристики деокупованих територій півдня України визначено соціально-економічні проблеми мешканців деокупованих громад, проаналізовано основні форми і практики соціально-гуманітарної допомоги на деокупованих територіях України; на основі проблематики організації соціально-гуманітарної допомоги після деокупації (на прикладі Білозерської громади Херсонської області) розроблено проєкт розвитку соціальних послуг у громаді. The study attempts to characterize the essence and concept of social and humanitarian assistance, analyze the regulatory and legal support for the provision of social and humanitarian assistance in the conditions of war in Ukraine, and investigate the role of state authorities, local governments, and the non-state sector in the provision of social and humanitarian assistance. Based on the general characteristics of the deoccupied territories of southern Ukraine, the socio- economic problems of residents of deoccupied communities are identified, the main forms and practices of social and humanitarian assistance in the deoccupied territories of Ukraine are analyzed; based on the problems of organizing social and humanitarian assistance after deoccupation (using the example of the Bilozersky community of Kherson region), a project for the development of social services in the community is developed.
