The scientific-theoretical bases of formation of mutual relations in the student's collective of junior schoolchildren as a psychological-pedagogical problem are considered in the work; features of formation of friendly mutual relations in collective of pupils of elementary school are characterized; the pedagogical conditions for the formation of friendly relations in the student body of junior schoolchildren are determined.
