В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розкриттю, за допомогою аналізу, трудового законодавства у сфері охорони праці жінок, з’ясування основних проблем у цій сфері та визначення можливих шляхів їх вирішення. У першому розділі представлена загальна характеристика охорони праці в Україні, її поняття та історичний розвиток. У другому розділі – правове регулювання та конституційні засади охорони праці жінок в Україні. В третьому розділі було розглянуто проблематику законодавства України про охорону праці. За результатами роботи зроблено висновки та пропозиції щодо вирішення основних проблем правового регулювання охорони праці жінок. Qualification work is devoted through analysis to disclosure the labor legislation in the field of labor protection of women, clarification of the main problems in this area and identify possible ways to solve them. The first section present s the general characteristics of labor protection in Ukraine, its concepts and historical development. The second section deals with the legal regulations and constitutional principles of women's labor protection in Ukraine. In the third section the problems of the legislation of Ukraine regarding labor protection were discussed . Based on the results of the work, conclusions and proposals were made to solve the main problems of legal regulation of women's labor protection.
