Основною метою управління інвестиціями є забезпечення найбільш ефективної реалізації інвестиційної стратегії підприємств. Традиційні інвестиції розуміються як капіталовкладення в теперішньому часі, що збільшуватимуться в майбутньому. Першочерговим завданням управління інвестиціями є забезпечення належної фінансової стабільності та високих темпів економічного зростання підприємства, як стверджують деякі автори, а не максимізація прибутку. Система управління інвестиціями організації - це окремий набір взаємопов’язаних факторів, пов’язаних з корпоративним управлінням. Основними елементами системи управління інвестиціями є: засоби управління; об'єкт управління; функції управління; механізм управління. Investment management is the process of managing all aspects of an enterprise's investment activities. The main purpose of investment management is to ensure the most effective implementation of the investment strategy of enterprises. Traditional investments are understood as investments in the present that will increase in the future. The primary task of investment management is to ensure proper financial stability and high rates of economic growth of the enterprise, according to some authors, and not to maximize profits. An organization's investment management system is a separate set of interrelated factors related to corporate governance. The main elements of the investment management system are: management tools; object of management; management functions; control mechanism.Item РОЗВИТОК СИСТЕМИ СПОЖИВЧОЇ КООПЕРАЦІЇ У КРАЇНАХ ЄВРОПИ(2021) Камбурова, Ю. І.В роботі розглянуто основні засади діяльності та національні особливості форм кооперації. Здійснено порівняльну характеристику законодавчої бази щодо кооперації в Україні та інших європейських країнах. Проаналізовано розвиток споживчої кооперації у структурі сільськогосподарської кооперації, визначено причини, які стримують розвиток української споживчої кооперації та їх вплив на економічний розвиток всієї країни. Розглянуто міжнародний досвід функціонування споживчої кооперації та його застосування в Україні. Визначено перспективи розвитку споживчої кооперації в Україні та країнах Європи. The main principles of activity and national features of forms of cooperation are considered in the work. Comparative characterization of the legal framework for cooperation in Ukraine and other European countries is carried out. The development of consumer cooperation in the structure of agricultural cooperation is analyzed, the reasons that hinder the development of Ukrainian consumer cooperation and their impact on the economic development of the whole country are identified. The international experience of functioning of consumer cooperation and its application in Ukraine is considered. Prospects for the development of consumer cooperation in Ukraine and European countries are characterized
