Item КОНФЛІКТОЛОГІЧНА КУЛЬТУРА ЗДОБУВАЧІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ(2024) Яновський, Д. Ф.У роботі досліджено поняття конфлікту та конфліктологічної компетентності, які є важливими аспектами міжособистісних відносин у різних сферах життя, зокрема у закладах вищої освіти. Конфлікт визначено як суперечка або незгода між сторонами з різниць у поглядах та інтересах. Ключовими аспектами конфліктологічної компетентності є вміння аналізувати та вирішувати конфлікти ефективно, використовуючи різні стратегії. На основі емпіричного дослідження встановлено, що особи з високим рівнем конфліктологічної компетентності здатні ефективно вирішувати конфлікти та сприяють позитивному розвитку взаємодії. Також виявлено, що вибір стратегії управління конфліктом пов’язаний із рівнем конфліктності та рівнем конфліктологічної компетентності особистості. The work explores the concepts of conflict and conflict-related competence, which are important aspects of interpersonal relations in various spheres of life, in particular, in institutions of higher education. Conflict is defined as a dispute or disagreement between parties due to differences in views and interests. Key aspects of conflict competence are the ability to analyze and resolve conflicts effectively using different strategies. On the basis of empirical research, it was established that individuals with a high level of conflict-related competence are able to effectively resolve conflicts and contribute to the positive development of interaction. It was also found that the choice of conflict management strategy is related to the level of conflict and the level of conflict competence of the individual.Item РОЗВИТОК НАВИЧОК МІЖОСОБИСТІСНОЇ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ У СТАРШИХ ДОШКІЛЬНИКІВ З ВАДАМИ МОВЛЕННЯ(2020) Беженар, М. О.У дипломній роботі розкриті напрями та зміст психолого-педагогічної роботи щодо формування навичок міжособистісної взаємодії у старших дошкільників з порушеннями мовлення. Досліджено стан сформованості навичок міжособистісної взаємодії старших дошкільників з вадами мовлення. Проаналізовано психолого-педагогічну літературу з проблеми дослідження. Робота складається зі вступу, двох розділів,списку використаних джерел (41 найменувань). Загальний обсяг роботи 58сторінок. The diploma thesis reveals the directions and content of psychological and pedagogical work on the formation of skills of interpersonal interaction in older preschoolers with speech disorders. The state of formation of skills of interpersonal interaction of senior preschoolers with speech defects is investigated. The psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem is analyzed. The work consists of an introduction, two sections, a list of sources used (41 items). The total volume of work is 58 pages.
