В роботі розкрито суть поняття кіберзлочинності; з’ясовано проблеми протидії злочинам в інформаційній сфері у міжнародній практиці; охарактеризовано співпрацю України та Європейського Союзу в Інтернет сфері; проаналізувано законодавчу базу, створену для боротьби з кіберзлочинами. The relevance of the topic dedicated to the analysis of organizational and legal main counteractions of cybercrime in the international sector. The essence of the concept of cybercrime is revealed in the work; identified problems against information theft in international practice; characterized the cooperation of Ukraine and the European Union in the Internet; the legal framework created to combat cybercrime is analyzed.
