The study identifies the key aspects that contribute to strengthening the financial position of the enterprise and emphasizes the importance of adapting to changes in the market and effective resource management. The qualification work consists in the research, analysis and formation of the anti-crisis management system of the commercial enterprise. The theoretical and methodological foundations of anti-crisis management of the enterprise are considered; the system of indicators for evaluating anti-crisis management is displayed; the mechanisms of anti-crisis management of the enterprise were investigated; ; a thorough analysis of the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise under study was carried out; the probability of bankruptcy according to Altman's method is analyzed using the example of ATB-MARKET LLC; strategies for improving the financial condition of this enterprise are given.Item ТЕХНІКО-ТАКТИЧНА ПІДГОТОВКА ЮНИХ ГАНДБОЛІСТОК(2021) Василенко, К. М.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена визначенню дослідженню рівнів технічної та тактичної підготовленості юних гандболісток. Покращення техніко-тактичної майстерності юних гандболісток відноситься до числа пріоритетних питань, що потребують ефективного вирішення на шляху до досягнень вищих спортивних результатів .Доведено, що техніко-тактична підготовленість юних гандболісток відповідає високому та досконалому рівнів. При визначенні рівня технічної підготовленості юних гандболісток нами було використано два тести: 1) тест комбінована вправа ведення м’яча з кидком по воротам, 2) тест комбінована вправа передачею м’яча та кидок по воротам. Під час двосторонньої гри, визначалася техніко-тактична підготовленість юних гандболісток. Експертами (тренерами, викладачами тощо) оцінювалися не тільки результативні дії гравців команди, а й індивідуальне тактичне мислення, раціональний взаємозв’язок між юними гандболістками. Завдяки варіативності в процесі удосконалення технічних навичок досягалася стійкість техніки юних гандболісток під час змагань. Qualification work is devoted to determining the study of levels of technical and tactical training of young handball players. Improving the technical and tactical skills of young handball players is one of the priority issues that need to be effectively addressed on the way to achieving higher sports results. It is proved that the technical and tactical training of young handball players corresponds to high and perfect levels. In determining the level of technical readiness of young handball players, we used two tests: 1) the test of combined exercise of driving the ball with a throw on goal, 2) the test of combined exercise by passing the ball and throwing on goal. During the two-sided game, the technical and tactical readiness of young handball players was determined. Experts (coaches, teachers, etc.) evaluated not only the effective actions of the team players, but also individual tactical thinking, the rational relationship between young handball players. Due to the variability in the process of improving technical skills, the stability of the equipment of young handball players during the competition was achieved.Item ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ НАПРЯМІВ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПРОДУКЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА(2021) Куликова, В. The basic principles of product competitiveness assessment are revealed. Modern methods of assessing the competitiveness of products are studied. The specifics of economic activity of PJSC "Kakhovka plant of electric welding equipment" are investigated. The financial stability of economic activity of the enterprise is analyzed. The level of competitiveness of the enterprise's products was assessed. The essence and features of personnel management at the enterprise are investigated. Modern methods of assessing the qualification level of employees of the enterprise are analyzed. Modern methods of enterprise personnel development management are studied. Peculiarities of economic activity of PJSC "House of vintage cognacs" Tavria "are investigated. The productivity and salary fund of the personnel at the enterprise are analyzed. The main directions of improving the efficiency of personnel management are identified. О.У зв’язку зі стрімким розвитком інноваційної економіки та комерціалізацією програмних продуктів виникає потреба в програмному забезпеченні, що сприяє автоматизованому аналізу фінансових показників різних проєктів та допомагає інвестору приймати рішення щодо вибору найбільш інвестиційно привабливих проєктів за визначеними критеріями. Проведений порівняльний аналіз ПЗ для оцінювання інвестиційної ефективності проєктів. Розглянуто зміст і чинники і визначено основні критерії оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості проєктів. Визначено алгоритм оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості проєктів. Розроблено програмний засіб автоматизованого аналізу інвестиційної привабливості проєктів. Due to the rapid development of the innovative economy and the commercialization of software products, there is a need for software that promotes automated analysis of financial indicators of various projects and helps investors make decisions on choosing the most investment-attractive projects according to certain criteria. A comparative analysis of the software for assessing the investment efficiency of projects is carried out. The content and factors are considered and the main criteria for assessing the investment attractiveness of projects are determined. An algorithm for assessing the investment attractiveness of projects is defined. С.Метою нашого дослідження є вивчення особливостей оцінювання навчальної діяльності молодших школярів з порушення писемного мовлення під час вивчення дисциплін мовно-літературної галузі в умовах інклюзивного класу. Кваліфікаційна робота містить такі розділи: теоретичні засади вивчення навчальної діяльності дітей з вадами мовленнєвого розвитку, особливості оцінювання навчальної діяльності молодших школярів з мовленнєвими вадами. The purpose of our study is to study the features of assessing the educational activities of primary school students with speech disorders during the study of disciplines of the language and literature industry in an inclusive classroom. Qualification work contains the following sections: theoretical principles of studying the educational activities of children with speech disabilities, features of assessing the educational activities of primary school children with speech disabilities. As a result of the conducted work the conclusions concerning features of an estimation of educational activity of children with speech developmental defects are made.
