During the study, the problems of judicial appointment and examination in family cases were identified and proposals were developed to improve the legal mechanism for appointing and conducting examinations in family cases.Item ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ЗМІСТОВІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗКУ РІВНЯ САМООЦІНКИ І АГРЕСИВНОСТІ ПІДЛІТКА(2020) Усейнова, Ф. Е.У першому розділі здійснено теоретичне аналізування проблеми впливу самооцінки на агресивність підлітка. У практичній частині проведено емпіричне дослідження взаємозв’язку самооцінки з рівнем агресивності підлітка. Визначено психологічні особливості та запропоновано корекційна програма для підлітків з неадекватною самооцінкою і агресивністю. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними в роботі навчально-методичних відділів закладів освіти, класних керівників та батьків. The first section provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of the impact of self-esteem on adolescent aggression. In the practical part, an empirical study of the relationship between self-esteem and the level of adolescent aggression. Psychological features have been identified and a correctional program for adolescents with inadequate self-esteem and aggression has been proposed. The results of the study can be useful in the work of educational and methodical departments of educational institutions, class teachers and parents.
