С.В роботі досліджено вплив трудової міграції на економіку та соціальну сферу України. Подано висновки про складність та багатогранність міграційного явища. Описано види міжнародної трудової міграції та їх вплив на економіку. Наведено методичні засади аналізу трудової міграції. Розглянуто причини трудової міграції та оцінено масштаби цього явища в Україні. Визначено соціально-економічні наслідки міграційних процесів. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення міграційної політики в Україні. The paper examines the impact of labor migration on the economy and social sphere of Ukraine. Conclusions about the complexity and multifacetedness of the migration phenomenon are presented. Types of international labor migration and their impact on the economy are described. Methodological principles of labor migration analysis are given. The causes of labor migration were considered and the scope of this phenomenon in Ukraine was assessed. The socio-economic consequences of migration processes are defined. Р.В роботі розглянуто міжнародну міграцію людського капіталу та виділено основні напрями удосконалення міграційної політики України. Розкрито основні складові міжнародної міграції, людського капіталу та міграційної політики. Досліджено вплив якості та кількості міжнародної міграції на формування людського капіталу. Проаналізовано вплив коронавірусу на міграційні процеси. Означено вплив міграційної політики України на стан людського капіталу. Обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення методичних підходів до оцінки людського капіталу мігрантів, що дало змогу розробити єдиний претендетський індекс. The paper considers the international migration of human capital and highlights the main directions of improving the migration policy of Ukraine. The main components of international migration, human capital and migration policy are revealed. The influence of quality and quantity of international migration on the formation of human capital is studied. The influence of coronavirus on migration processes is analyzed. The influence of Ukraine's migration policy on the state of human capital is determined. The directions of improvement of methodical approaches to the assessment of migrants' human capital are substantiated, which made it possible to develop a united candidate index.
