В.Робота присвячена вивченню гібрис-синдрому як копінг-стратегії у керівників. Розглянуто основні теоретичні аспекти проблеми. Описано основні ознаки і особливості прояву феномену. Для підтвердження висунутої гіпотези проведено емпіричне дослідження. За допомогою результатів дослідження доведено, що гібрис-синдром є копінг-стратегією деструктивного характеру у відповідь на підвищену тривожність керівника. З урахуванням розглянутого теоретичного матеріалу та даних отриманих в результаті емпіричного дослідження розроблено профілактичний тренінг для керівників для запобігання розвитку гібрис-синдрому. The work is devoted to the study of hybris syndrome as a coping strategy in leaders. The main theoretical aspects of the problem are considered. The main signs and peculiarities of the manifestation of the phenomenon are described. An empirical study was conducted to confirm the proposed hypothesis. With the help of the research results, it was proved that hybris syndrome is a coping strategy of a destructive nature in response to the increased anxiety of the manager. Taking into account the considered theoretical material and data obtained as a result of empirical research, a preventive training for leaders was developed to prevent the development of hybris syndrome.Item ВИХОВАННЯ ЛІДЕРСЬКИХ ЯКОСТЕЙ В УЧНІВ ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ШКОЛИ У ПОЗАКЛАСНІЙ РОБОТІ(2021) Липко, І.
