О.Проаналізовано поняття та принципи управління змінами в організації. Проведено аналіз управління змінами в організації, який допоможе організації адаптуватися до внутрішніх і зовнішніх змін, зберігаючи при цьому свою ефективність і конкурентноспроможність. Досліджено вплив факторів управління змінами в організації, які свідчать про концепції сталого розвитку, значення та важливості для сучасних організацій. The concepts and principles of change management in organizations have been analyzed. The analysis of change management within organizations aims to help them adapt to internal and external changes while maintaining their efficiency and competitiveness. The study examines the impact of change management factors that reflect the concepts of sustainable development, highlighting their significance and importance for modern organizations. Additionally, pathways to improve the change management system in the context of post-war reconstruction based on sustainable development strategies have been proposed.Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ДИСТАНЦІЙНОГО НАВЧАННЯ НА УРОКАХ ГЕОГРАФІЇ У 8 КЛАСІ(2023) Фоменко, О. С.Дистанційне навчання є формою навчання, яка використовує інформаційно-комунікаційні технології для організації процесу навчання на відстані. Воно має переваги, такі як можливість навчання в зручний для учнів час і з будь-якої точки світу з доступом до Інтернету. Однак дистанційне навчання відрізняється від традиційного навчання в класі. Основна відмінність полягає у відсутності прямого контакту між викладачем та учнем, що може ускладнити засвоєння матеріалу. Крім того, у дистанційному навчанні використовуються різні електронні засоби, що можуть перевантажити учнів і зменшити ефективність навчання. Україна має пріоритетний напрямок розвитку освіти – підвищення якості навчання школярів, оновлення форм та методів навчання, використання інноваційних та інформаційних технологій з урахуванням європейських стандартів. Distance learning is a form of learning that uses information and communication technologies to organize the learning process at a distance. It has advantages such as the ability to study at a time convenient for students and from anywhere in the world with access to the Internet. However, distance learning is different from traditional classroom learning. The main difference is the lack of direct contact between the teacher and the student, which can make learning the material difficult. In addition, distance learning uses various electronic tools that can overload students and reduce learning efficiency. Ukraine has a priority direction of education development - improving the quality of schoolchildren's education, updating the forms and methods of education, using innovative and information technologies taking into account European standards.Item ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ МЕХАНІЗМУ ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ СИСТЕМИ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ(2023) Пацук, А. Д.В роботі виявлено систему відносин організацій за умов нестабільності управлінської діяльності та виявлено системно-теоретичні аспекти у дослідженні системи відносин організації. Обґрунтовано та сформулювано понятійний апарат дослідження системи відносин організації. Визначено алгоритм формування місії організації, моделі цільової оптимізації системи відносин та процесного моделювання поетапної реалізації цілей. Запропоновано методику моделювання механізму оптимізації менеджменту організацій та здійснено практичну її реалізацію в ПП «Laskomex».. In the work, the system of relations of organizations under the conditions of instability of management activity was identified, and system-theoretical aspects in the study of the system of relations of the organization were identified. The conceptual apparatus of the study of the system of relations of the organization is substantiated and formulated. The algorithm for forming the organization's mission, the target optimization model of the relationship system, and the process modeling of the step-by-step implementation of goals have been defined. А.Динамічний розвиток інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) останнім часом вносить суттєві зміни у банківську галузь. ІКТ надають суттєві переваги та можливості банківським установам для розширення власної клієнтської бази, зниження витрат за рахунок одночасної пропозиції споживачам сучасного способу доступу до власних послуг. Питання впровадження напрямів розвитку сучасних ІКТ банківського обслуговування, можливість їх ефективного впровадження у банківську діяльність є актуальним питанням для вітчизняних банківських установ. Впровадження ІКТ у діяльність банку буде в короткостроковій перспективі визначати не тільки прибутковість а і конкурентоспроможність банку на фінансовому ринку, а й узагалі його функціонування. У сучасних ринкових умовах особливу роль в забезпеченні економічного зростання країни відіграють банки. The dynamic development of information and communication technologies (ICT) has recently made significant changes in the banking industry. ICTs provide significant advantages and opportunities to banking institutions to expand their customer base, reduce costs by simultaneously offering consumers a modern way to access their own services. The issue of implementing the directions of development of modern ICT banking services, the possibility of their effective implementation in banking is a topical issue for domestic banking institutions . The introduction of ICT in the bank's activities in the short term will determine not only the profitability but also the competitiveness of the bank in the financial market, but also its functioning in general. In today's market conditions, banks play a special role in ensuring the country's economic growth.Item ПОЛІТИЧНИЙ І ПРАВОВИЙ РОЗВИТОК МІСТ ЗАХІДНОЇ ЄВРОПИ У ДОБУ СЕРЕДНЬОВІЧЧЯ(2020) Мануйлова, К. І.Мета роботи: охарактеризувати політичний і правовий розвиток міст Західної Європи у добу Середньовіччя; проаналізувати процес виникнення та розвитку міст у Західній Європі у середні віки; охарактеризувати принципи організації та механізми здійснення влади у містах Західної Європи; визначити характерні риси правового розвитку міст у середні віки. Методологія дослідження. У процесі розв’язання поставлених завдань використано загальнонаукові методи (індукція та дедукція), які застосовувалися для аналізу фактів та їх систематизації. З-поміж спеціальних історичних методів хронологічний, проблемно-хронологічний та порівняльно-історичний. Під час аналізу процесів зародження і розвитку західноєвропейських міст використано методи систематизації та класифікації. Висновки. У ході дослідження було з’ясовано,що Середньовічне міське право справило величезний вплив на сучасне законодавство. Одним з найбільших досягнень у розвитку західноєвропейських середньовічних міст можна вважати здобуття права на самоврядування яке не лише дало можливість західноєвропейським містам прискорити та раціоналізувати політичний та економічний розвиток, а й справило величезний вплив на політико-правову думку та історичну обстановку свого часу та поширилось далеко за межі власне Західної Європи. Purpose: to characterize the political and legal development of cities in Western Europe in the Middle ages; to analyze the process of emergence and development of cities in Western Europe in the middle ages; to characterize the principles of organization and mechanisms for the exercise of power in cities in Western Europe; to determine the characteristics of the legal development of cities in the middle ages. Research methodology. In the process of solving the tasks, General scientific methods (induction and deduction) were used to analyze the facts and systematize them. Special historical methods include chronological, problem-chronological, and comparative-historical methods. During the analysis of the processes of origin and development of Western European cities, methods of systematization and classification were used. Conclusions. In the study, it was found that the Medieval city law has had an enormous influence on modern legislation. One of the greatest achievements in the development of Western European medieval cities can be considered the right to self-government which not only allowed Western European cities to accelerate and rationalize political and economic development, but also had a huge impact on the political and legal thought and historical situation of its time and spread far beyond the borders of Western Europe proper.
