Item ОЦІНКА ЯКОСТІ ЖИТТЯНЕПОВНОСПРАВНИХ ОСІБ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННИХ ДІЙ(2025) Жижеря, О. О.У дипломній роботі здійснено комплексний аналіз умов життя осіб з інвалідністю в контексті воєнних дій в Україні. Розглянуто соціальні, медичні, психологічні та економічні аспекти, що впливають на якість життя неповносправних осіб. Особливу увагу приділено доступності медичної реабілітації, програм протезування, соціального захисту та підтримки з боку держави й громадських організацій. На основі результатів соціологічного опитування визначено рівень задоволеності респондентів умовами проживання, доступом до медичних і соціальних послуг, а також рівнем інтеграції у суспільство. Виявлено, що значна частина осіб з інвалідністю стикається з труднощами у реалізації основних прав через руйнування інфраструктури, обмежену мобільність і недостатню увагу до інклюзивності в умовах війни. У роботі також представлено порівняльний аналіз змін у якості життя осіб з інвалідністю до та після початку широкомасштабних бойових дій. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо покращення доступності соціальних і медичних послуг, посилення державної підтримки та створення сприятливого середовища для реінтеграції осіб з інвалідністю в активне суспільне життя. This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the living conditions of persons with disabilities in the context of military conflict in Ukraine. It examines social, medical, psychological, and economic factors that influence the quality of life for disabled individuals. Special attention is given to the accessibility of medical rehabilitation, prosthetics programs, social protection, and support provided by the state and non-governmental organizations. Based on the results of a sociological survey, the level of satisfaction among respondents was assessed regarding living conditions, access to medical and social services, and societal integration. The findings indicate that many persons with disabilities face significant obstacles in exercising their fundamental rights due to infrastructure destruction, limited mobility, and insufficient inclusiveness during wartime. The thesis also provides a comparative analysis of changes in quality of life before and after the escalation of full-scale hostilities. Recommendations are offered to improve access to essential services, strengthen governmental support, and foster an inclusive environment that enables the reintegration of disabled individuals into active social life.Item ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ЗАСОБИ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ ВІЙСЬКОВИХ ПІСЛЯ АМПУТАЦІЙ КІНЦІВОК ТА ПРОТЕЗУВАННЯ(2025) Ткачук, А. В.У даній кваліфікаційній роботі розглядається надзвичайно актуальна проблема реабілітації військовослужбовців, які зазнали ампутацій кінцівок та проходять протезування внаслідок бойових поранень. У дослідженні здійснено всебічний аналіз сучасного стану системи протезування та реабілітації в Україні, із виокремленням основних структурних та організаційних недоліків, що ускладнюють ефективне відновлення і соціальну інтеграцію поранених військових. Особлива увага приділена багатовимірності процесу реабілітації, зокрема його фізичному, психологічному та соціальному аспектам, кожен з яких супроводжується низкою специфічних викликів. У роботі наголошується на важливості впровадження інноваційних підходів, сучасних технологій та міждисциплінарних методів, які сприяють підвищенню ефективності реабілітаційних заходів. Крім того, дослідження виявляє наявні прогалини у наданні допомоги та пропонує обґрунтовані стратегії щодо покращення якості та доступності послуг для військовослужбовців з ампутаціями. Військовий контекст розглядається як ключовий чинник, що зумовлює нагальність вирішення зазначених проблем, а також визначаються практичні рекомендації щодо формування стійкої та адаптивної системи реабілітації в Україні. This work focuses on the study of the role of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in modern pharmaceuticals. Viral infections are a serious problem. This thesis addresses the critical and timely issue of rehabilitating military personnel who have undergone limb amputations and prosthetic treatment as a result of combat-related injuries. The research provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the prosthetics and rehabilitation system in Ukraine, highlighting both structural and procedural shortcomings that hinder the effective recovery and reintegration of wounded servicemembers. Special attention is given to the multidimensional nature of rehabilitation, including physical, psychological, and social aspects, each of which presents distinct challenges during the adaptation process. The study emphasizes the importance of incorporating innovative approaches, advanced technologies, and interdisciplinary methods that contribute to improving the overall effectiveness of rehabilitation. Additionally, the thesis explores existing gaps in care provision and suggests evidence-based strategies for enhancing the quality and accessibility of services for amputee veterans. The wartime context is examined as a key factor that intensifies the urgency of addressing these issues, and the work outlines practical recommendations for the development of a more resilient and adaptive rehabilitation infrastructure in Ukraine.
