Item СПОСОБИ ВИРІШЕННЯ КОНФЛІКТІВ У СТУДЕНТСЬКИХ ГРУПАХ(2020) Пасечник, Д. Є.Важливим аспектом проблеми є вивчення конфліктів в студентських групах, адже саме в цьому віці закладаються основи майбутньої ділової активності людини. Студент засвоює ряд нових соціальних ролей як самостійний та відповідальний суб’єкт. Окрім забезпечення професійної підготовки, університет є одним із могутніх агентів соціалізації, що закладає норми та цінності міжособистісної взаємодії. Від способу вирішення конфліктів в університетському середовищі залежить формування конфліктологічної культури особистості. Таким чином, суспільна значимість проблеми, а також її недостатня теоретична та практична розробленість обумовили тему кваліфікаційної роботи магістра «Способи вирішення конфліктів у студентській групі». Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з вступу, двох розділів та висновків до них, загальних висновків, шести додатків. Основний зміст займає 77 сторінок, включаючи 11 таблиць та 11 малюнків. Список літературних джерел складається з 54 найменувань, із них 10 англійською мовою. An important aspect of the problem is the study of conflicts in student groups, because it is at this age that the foundations of future business activity are laid. The student learns a number of new social roles as an independent and responsible subject. In addition to providing training, the university is one of the powerful agents of socialization, which lays down the norms and values of interpersonal interaction. The formation of the conflict culture of the individual depends on the way of resolving conflicts in the university environment. Thus, the social significance of the problem, as well as its lack of theoretical and practical development led to the topic of the master's thesis "Ways to resolve conflicts in the student group." The master's qualification work consists of an introduction, two sections and conclusions to them, general conclusions, six appendices. The main content is 77 pages, including 11 tables and 11 figures. The list of literary sources consists of 54 titles, 10 of them in English.Item СПЕЦИФІКА ВИРІШЕННЯ КОНФЛІКТІВ У ДИСТАНТНИХ СІМ’ЯХ(2020) Левковська, В. В.Метою даної роботи є визначення особливості конфліктної взаємодії та специфіка вирішення сімейних конфліктів у дистантних родинах. Для досягнення поставленої мети в ході нашої роботи було проведено емпіричне дослідження та визначення ефективних способів психологічного впливу та допомоги дистантним родинам під час конфліктів. Дана робота складається з трьох розділів. Перший розділ містить результати теоретичного дослідження і узагальнення, раніше дослідженого матеріалу, інших науковців. У другому розділі наведено результати емпіричного дослідження вибірки досліджуваних. В теоретичній частині розкрито сутність поняття «конфлікт» та його структурні елементи, особливості сімейних конфліктів та ті засоби вирішення й усунення наслідків конфліктної взаємодії, які представлені у сучасній психологічній науці. У практичній частині викладені результати емпіричного дослідження, за результатами якого авторці вдалося дослідити взаємозв’язок стилів конфліктної поведінки та характеру взаємодії подружжя в конфліктних ситуаціях, а також встановити взаємозв’язок між стилем конфліктної поведінки та провідними цінностями опитаних, різницю між проживанням конфліктної ситуації у традиційних та дистантних сім’ях. У третьому розділі висвітлено стратегію та етапи проведеного експериментального дослідження, у якому взяли участь 15 подружніх пар з дистантних родин. The purpose of this work is to determine the features of conflict interaction and the specifics of resolving family conflicts in distant families. To achieve this goal, in the course of our work, an empirical study was conducted and effective methods of psychological influence and assistance to distant families during conflicts were identified. This work consists of three sections. The first section contains the results of theoretical research and generalization of previously studied material by other scientists. The second section presents the results of an empirical study of the sample. The theoretical part reveals the essence of the concept of "conflict" and its structural elements, features of family conflicts and the means of resolving and eliminating the consequences of conflict interaction, which are presented in modern psychological science. The practical part presents the results of an empirical study, the results of which the author was able to investigate the relationship between styles of conflict behavior and the nature of spouses' interaction in conflict situations, as well as to establish the relationship between conflict behavior and leading values of respondents and distant families. The third section highlights the strategy and stages of the experimental study, which was attended by 15 couples from distant families.
