Item АДАПТАЦІЙНІ ПРОЦЕСИ ОРГАНІЗМУ В УМОВАХ ЦИТОКІНОВОГО НАВАНТАЖЕННЯ(2024) Гасюк, О.; Швець, В. А.; Бесчасний, С. П.Цитокіни мають широкий спектр дії на організм. Важливо поглибити знання про роль цитокінового каскаду в реалізації адаптаційних змін в організмі, що допоможе у визначенні особливостей функціонування нейрон- імуно-гуморальної системи регуляції і уточнити їх роль та значення, так як є ймовірність їх негативного впливу. Об’єкт дослідження – адаптаційні процеси організму білих лабораторних мишей. Предмет дослідження – окремі показники периферичної крові та функціонування нервової системи в умовах цитокінового навантаження. Методи дослідження. Для виконання поставлених завдань та досягнення мети використовувалися наступні методи: аналізуючи сучасні наукові дані та результати експериментальних досліджень, біохімічні методи, методи математичної статистики Отримано нові дані для розуміння фізіологічних механізмів адаптації організму ссавців, для виявлення характеру напруження функціональних систем, особливості якого детермінують утворення внутрішньосистемних та міжсистемниз зв’язків. Показано, що досліджувані речовини змінюють лейкоцитарну формулу та біохімічний склад ефекторних клітин периферичної крові. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що окремі цитокіни в різних концентраціях чинить неоднаковий вплив на поведінкові прояви дослідних тварин, що є підтвердженням їх дозозалежності. Отримані дані потребують подальшої розробки та уточнення. Отримані результати дозволять не лише покращити існуючі методи лікування, але й розробити нові підходи до терапії захворювань, асоційованих з дисбалансом цитокінової регуляції. Cytokines have a wide range of effects on the body. It is important to deepen knowledge about the role of the cytokine cascade in the implementation of adaptive changes in the body, which will help in determining the features of the functioning of the neuron-immune-humoral system of regulation and to clarify their role and significance, as there is a possibility of their negative impact. The object of research is adaptation processes of the body of white laboratory mice. The subject of the study is individual indicators of peripheral blood and functioning of the nervous system in conditions of cytokine load. Research methods. To fulfill the tasks and achieve the goal, the following methods were used: analyzing modern scientific data and the results of experimental studies, biochemical methods, methods of mathematical statistics New data were obtained to understand the physiological mechanisms of adaptation of the mammalian organism, to reveal the nature of the tension of functional systems, the features of which determine the formation of intrasystemic and intersystemic connections. It was shown that the studied substances change the leukocyte formula and the biochemical composition of effector cells of peripheral blood. According to the results of the study, it was established that individual cytokines in different concentrations have different effects on the behavioral manifestations of experimental animals, which is a confirmation of their dose dependence. The obtained data require further development and clarification. The obtained results will allow not only to improve the existing methods of treatment, but also to develop new approaches to the therapy of diseases associated with an imbalance of cytokine regulation.
