І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена методичній розробці комплексів вправ з використанням допоміжного обладнання для розвитку фізичних якостей юних футболістів. В роботі розроблені методичні розробки, які доцільно використовувати в роботі тренерів у дитячо-юнацьких спортивних школах з футболу під час загальної та спеціальної фізичної підготовки. Запропонований комплекс вправ з використанням допоміжного обладнання дозволить значно підвищити рівень розвитку домінуючих фізичних якостей юних футболістів, покращити рівень технічної майстерності та досягти високих результатів на змаганнях. Qualification work is devoted to the methodical development of sets of exercises with the use of auxiliary equipment for the development of physical qualities of young football players. The methodical developments are developed in the work, which should be used in the work of coaches in children's and youth sports schools in football during general and special physical training. The proposed set of exercises with the use of auxiliary equipment will significantly increase the level of development of the dominant physical qualities of young players, improve the level of technical skills and achieve high results in competitions.
