О.У роботі за допомогою методу анкетування досліджувався інтерес учнів до діяльності видатних вчених-біологів, а також розроблялися варіанти використання елементів біографії науковців у позакласній роботі з біології. Перший розділ дослідження присвячено проблемі розвитку пізнавального інтересу до біології та теоретичним аспектам вивчення життя та діяльності видатних вчених-біологів. Другий розділ містить результати дослідження, яке виявляло інтерес учнів до біографії відомих біологів, наведено приклади використання фрагментів біографії вчених у позакласній роботі з біології, обгрунтовано доцільність створення учнями презентацій з елементами використання біографії вчених-біологів. In the work with the help of the questionnaire method the students’ interest in the activity of outstanding biologists was investigated, and also variants of using elements of biography of scientists in extracurricular work on biology were developed. The first section of the study is devoted to the problem of developing cognitive interest in biology and theoretical aspects of studying the life and work of prominent biologists. The second section contains the results of a study that showed students’ interest in the biographies of famous biologists, gives examples of the use of fragments of biographies of scientists in extracurricular work in biology, substantiates the feasibility of creating presentations with elements of using biographies of biologists.
