Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей організації освітнього процесу з вивчення теми «Ходова частина» предмета «Спеціальна технологія» у закладах професійно-технічної освіти; Об’єктом розгляду є організація освітнього процесу у закладі професійно-технічної освіти. Предметом розгляду є методика викладання теми «Ходова частина» предмета «Спеціальна технологія». Метою даної роботи є розробка методики викладання теми «Ходова частина» предмета «Спеціальна технологія» у закладах професійно-технічної освіти. У першому розділі представлені теоретичні основи вивчення предмета «Спеціальна технологія» у закладах професійно-технічної освіти. У другому розділі з’ясовано підходи щодо організації та методики проведення занять з предмета «Спеціальна технологія» у закладах професійно-технічної освіти. За результатами роботи були зроблені висновки. Сучасна ринкова економіка характеризується сталим розвитком підприємств та фірм, які функціонують для досягнення головної мети – прибутку. Їх конкуренція виявляється в усьому: продукції, послугах сервісі обслуговування, стратегіях та дослідженнях, залученні споживачів тощо. Серед головних факторів, що визначають функціонування підприємства є не лише якісна продукція, гарна стратегія прийнятність ціни товару, новітні технології. Головним фактором є саме працівники цього підприємства, оскільки при кращих умовах роботи і спеціальному обладнанні працівники не завжди зацікавлені у своїй праці, а тому і в результаті діяльності самого підприємства. Багато з них працюють лише заради оплати своєї праці і часто результати їх роботи вимірюються не якісними, а кількісними показниками. Тому, успіх діяльності людини значно залежить від мотивації. The modern market economy is characterized by the sustainable development of enterprises and firms that operate to achieve the main goal - profit. Their competition is manifested in everything: products, service services, strategies and research, consumer engagement and more. Among the main factors that determine the functioning of the enterprise are not only quality products, good strategy, affordability of the price of goods, the latest technologies. The main factor is the employees of this enterprise, because under the best working conditions and special equipment, employees are not always interested in their work, but also as a result of the enterprise itself. Many of them work only to pay for their work and often the results of their work are measured not by qualitative but by quantitative indicators. Therefore, the success of human activity depends largely on motivation.

У першому розділі розглядаються сучасні методи проведення занять з предмета «Трактори» у закладах професійно-технічної освіти. СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ МІЖНАРОДНОГО ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ ТА СВІТІ

В роботі була проаналізована робота турфірми "Вояж" за попередні роки до загальної епідемії. В цілому коефіцієнт фінансової стійкості зріс з 0,76 в 2017 р. до 0,82 в 2018 і 0,90 в 2019 році. Так, приріст коефіцієнта фінансової стійкості показує, приріст питомої ваги тих джерел фінансування, які фірма може використовувати в своїй діяльності тривалий час. Таким чином, аналіз економічної діяльності дозволяє встановити, що ТОВ "Вояж" досить ефективно використовувало власні та залучені ресурси в процесі надання туристичних послуг, а проведений аналіз функціонування підприємства свідчить про досить результативною діяльності компанії. The paper analyzes the work of the travel agency "Voyage" in previous years before the general epidemic. In general, the financial stability ratio increased from 0.76 in 2017 to 0.82 in 2018 and 0.90 in 2019. Thus, the increase in the coefficient of financial stability shows an increase in the share of those sources of funding that the firm can use in its activities for a long time. Thus, the analysis of economic activity allows to establish that LLC "Voyage" quite effectively used own and involved resources in the course of rendering of tourist services, and the carried-out analysis of functioning of the enterprise testifies to rather effective activity of the company.

МЕТОДИКА ВИКЛАДАННЯ ТЕМИ «АКСОНОМЕТРИЧНІ І ПРЯМОКУТНІ ПРОЕКЦІЇ» НА УРОКАХ З ПРЕДМЕТА «КРЕСЛЕННЯ» У ЗАКЛАДАХ ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ

Об’єктом дослідження виступає: навчально-виховний процес в ЗЗСО під час проведення занять з креслення. Предметом роботи є особливості та методика викладання теми: «Аксонометричні і прямокутні проекції» в ЗЗСО. Метою роботи є аналіз і синтез літератури, розробка навчального матеріалу, комп’ютерна обробка отриманих даних. У першому розділі представлені Роль та завдання курсу креслення в закладах загальної середньої освіти. Науково-технічний прогрес зв'язаний з освоєнням, удосконалюванням і розвитком техніки. Це стає можливим при глибокому засвоєнні технічних знань, оволодінні графічними засобами інформації, одним із яких є креслення. Тому кресленню в школі належить роль загальноосвітнього предмета. Значення курсу креслення як загальноосвітнього предмета складається також в оволодінні учнями методом проекцій, що дозволяють озброїти їх теоретичними основами зображення просторових форм на площині. У другому розділі розглядаються: методичні особливості проведення уроків з курсу креслення. Дидактичний аналіз проблеми інтеграції навчальних предметів показує її актуальність і багатогранність. Інтеграція навчальних предметів обрана як засіб, спрямований на подолання протиріччя між вимогами техніки виробництва та рівнем графічної підготовки школярів, яке в свою чергу розглядає розвиток в них технічних здібностей. Під інтеграцією розуміємо цілеспрямоване об'єднання спеціально виділених навчальних предметів (трудове навчання і креслення) у педагогічну систему цільового призначення, спрямовану на забезпечення належних умов для розвитку технічних здібностей школярів. В ході даного дослідження розроблено методику викладання теми «Аксонометричні і прямокутні проекції», з’ясовано методи і прийоми виховання учнів, виконав аналіз типової навчальної програми з креслення для ЗСО, виконано методичні доробки з підготовки викладача до цієї теми. The purpose of the work is the Analysis and synthesis of literature, development of educational material, computer processing of the obtained data. The first section presents the role and objectives of the drawing course in general secondary education. Scientific and technological progress is associated with the development, improvement and development of technology. This becomes possible with a deep mastery of technical knowledge, mastery of graphic media, one of which is a drawing. Therefore, drawing in school has the role of a general subject. The value of the course of drawing as a general education subject is also in the mastery of students by the method of projections, which allow them to equip the theoretical foundations of the image of spatial forms on the plane. The second section discusses: methodological features of lessons on the course of drawing. Didactic analysis of the problem of integration of educational subjects shows its relevance and versatility. The integration of subjects is chosen as a means to overcome the contradiction between the requirements of production techniques and the level of graphic training of students, which in turn considers the development of their technical abilities. In the course of this study, a method of teaching the topic "Axonometric and rectangular projections" was developed, methods and techniques of educating students were clarified, an analysis of a typical curriculum for drawing for ZSO was performed, methodical improvements were made to prepare a teacher for this topic. All the tasks of the study are fulfilled.

В роботі розкрита економічна сутність фінансової стійкості підприємства; досліджена мета та алгоритм управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства; здійснена оцінка факторів макро- та мікросередовища, що впливають на фінансову стійкість підприємства; розглянуті методичні підходи діагностики, оцінки і прогнозування фінансової стійкості підприємства; проведено фінансово-економічну діагностику діяльності підприємства; здійснено комплексну оцінку фінансового стану господарства. The work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of managing the financial stability of the enterprise. The paper reveals the economic essence of the financial stability of the enterprise; the purpose and algorithm of management of financial stability of the enterprise are investigated; assessment of macro- and micro-environment factors influencing the financial stability of the enterprise; methodical approaches of diagnostics, estimation and forecasting of financial stability of the enterprise are considered; financial and economic diagnostics of the enterprise activity was carried out; a comprehensive assessment of the financial condition of the economy.
УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗБУТОВОЮ ПОЛІТИКОЮ ТУРИСТИЧНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

У роботі були проаналізовані основні фінансово-економічні показники господарської діяльності компанії, збутова політика цієї компанії та організаційна структура. На основі цього аналізу в аналітичній частині було запропоновано ряд заходів для удосконалення організаційної структури підприємства, підвищення ефективності збутової політики і як наслідок підвищення економічної ефективності роботи компанії. The main financial and economic indicators of the cimpany's economic acvity sales policy of this company and organizational structure were analyzed in the work. Based on this analysis the analytical part proposed a number of measures to improve the organizational structure of the enterprise, increase the efficiency of sales policy and as consequence increase the economic efficiency of the company.

The concept of financial condition and assessment of financial stability of the enterprise is investigated in the work, methodical bases of assessment of financial condition of the enterprise are given, technical-economic and financial analysis of PJSC "Danan Dnipro" is carried out, ways of improvement of financial stability of the enterprise are offered.

В даній роботі проаналізував стан розвитку винних турів на Півдні України, дослідив принципи організації та впровадження винного туризму. Запропонував новий тур «Винний смак Херсонщини», який виконаний по всім вимогам та правилам. Визначив мету подорожі, завдання, аудиторія тощо. Виділив шляхи вдосконалення, які дозволять покращити реалізацію та впровадження винного туру.
