    В Україні, розвиток малого підприємництва відчуває певні труднощі, які обумовлені не тільки існуючим законодавством, що не створює сприятливих умов для розвитку малого бізнесу, а й тим, що контингент, зайнятий у цій сфері, як правило, не має необхідних економічних та юридичних знань, прийняття обґрунтованих рішень щодо проблем, пов'язаних зі збутом товарів та послуг, а також виробленням ефективної стратегії та тактики для ведення конкурентної боротьби з великими компаніями. Сукупність цих причин часто приводить малі підприємства, що знову створюються, до банкрутства. In Ukraine, the development of small entrepreneurship experiences certain difficulties, which are caused not only by the existing legislation, which does not create favorable conditions for the development of small business, but also by the fact that the contingent employed in this field, as a rule, does not have the necessary economic and legal knowledge. making informed decisions about problems related to the sale of goods and services, as well as developing an effective strategy and tactics for conducting a competitive struggle with large companies. A combination of these reasons often leads small start-up businesses to bankruptcy.

    Сучасні характеристики сфери виробництва молока, переробки та реалізації виготовленої продукції, є серйозними системними проблемами. Падіння виробництва молока,зниження кількості сировини у господарствах, низька розвиненість інфраструктури,нестабільний експорт-все це вимагає впровадження світового досвіду щодо розвитку молокопереробної галузі. Modern characteristics of the sphere of milk production, processing and sale of manufactured products are serious systemic problems. Falling milk production, declining raw materials in farms, low infrastructure, unstable exports, all this requires the introduction of world experience in the development of the dairy industry.
