С.У сучасних умовах управління бюджетними установами, особливу увагу приділяють питанням фінансування і виконання кошторису. Кошторис - це основний інструмент планування та контролю фінансової діяльності бюджетної установи, що дозволяє забезпечити оптимальне розподілення ресурсів та досягненню поставлених цілей. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи кошторисного планування та звітності в бюджетних установах, а також практичні аспекти ведення такої звітності. Основна увага приділяється аналізу існуючої нормативно-правової бази, яка регламентує процеси складання та подання звітності про виконання кошторису, а також виявлення проблем і недоліків у чинній системі. У роботі детально описані етапи складання кошторису, механізми контролю за його виконанням та методи аналізу звітних даних. In the modern conditions of management of budgetary institutions, special attention is paid to the issues of financing and implementation of the estimate. The cost estimate is the main tool for planning and controlling the financial activities of a budget institution, which allows to ensure the optimal allocation of resources and the achievement of set goals. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of budget planning and reporting in budget institutions, as well as practical aspects of conducting such reporting. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the existing legal framework, which regulates the processes of drawing up and submitting reports on the implementation of the estimate, as well as identifying problems and shortcomings in the current system. У роботі проведено докладний аналіз теоретичних та практичних аспектів, пов'язаних з визначенням та вимірюванням фінансової стійкості підприємства. Досліджено різні фінансові показники та інструменти, які використовуються для оцінки фінансової стійкості, такі як показники ліквідності, платоспроможності, рентабельності, структури капіталу та інші. У роботі розглянуто основні фактори, що впливають на фінансову стійкість підприємства, такі як ефективне управління ресурсами, оптимальне фінансування, управління ризиками та економічне середовище. Досліджено взаємозв'язок між фінансовою стійкістю та показниками успішності підприємства, а також вплив зовнішніх факторів, таких як кон'юнктура ринку та зміни регулятивного середовища. This research work is dedicated to the analysis of financial stability of a company. The study provides a detailed analysis of theoretical and practical aspects related to the determination and measurement of financial stability of a company. Various financial indicators and tools used for assessing financial stability, such as liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, capital structure, and others, are examined. The work considers the key factors influencing the financial stability of a company, including efficient resource management, optimal financing, risk management, and the economic environment. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the ways and directions of improving the sales policy of the business entity. А.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці методики проведення занять трудового навчання з учнями 7-их класів з використанням технології пірографії. У вступі роботи визначається актуальність теми та формулюються мета і завдання дослідження. У розділі 1 аналізуються особливості застосування методичних підходів на заняттях трудового навчання з використанням пірографії з учнями 7-их класів. Розглядаються методичні підходи до проведення занять трудового навчання з учнями 7-их класів, а також надається психолого-педагогічна характеристика учнів цього вікового періоду. Окремо досліджується технологія пірографії як вид декоративно-прикладного мистецтва. У розділі 2 розробляється методика проведення занять трудового навчання з учнями 7-их класів з використанням технології пірографії. Проводиться аналіз змісту навчальної програми трудового навчання та розробляється матриця з використанням технології пірографії для учнів 7-их класів. Окремо розробляється методика проведення занять з використанням технології пірографії з учнями 7-их класів. Також розробляється творчий проєкт з учнями 7-их класів на тему "Виготовлення підставки для келиха з використанням технології пірографії". В висновках дипломної роботи робиться висновок про ефективність застосування розробленої методики проведення занять трудового навчання з використанням технології пірографії з учнями 7-их класів. Підкреслюється важливість впровадження даної методики для розвитку творчих здібностей учнів, їх моторики та естетичного смаку. У списку використаних джерел наведено літературні джерела, наукові статті, методичні посібники та інші документи, які були використані при написанні кваліфікаційної роботи. Додаток А містить інформацію про техніку пірографії, її основні принципи та приклади виконаних робіт. Кваліфікаційна робота висвітлює практичну значущість та можливості використання технології пірографії на заняттях трудового навчання з учнями 7-их класів, розробляє методику проведення цих занять та пропонує творчий проєкт для розвитку вмінь та навичок учнів у цій області мистецтва. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в практичній роботі вчителя трудового навчання та сприяти підвищенню якості навчального процесу та розвитку творчих здібностей учнів. The qualification work is dedicated to the development of a methodology for conducting labor training classes with 7th grade students using the pyrography technology. The introduction of the work defines the relevance of the topic and formulates the research objectives. In Chapter 1, the peculiarities of applying methodological approaches in labor training classes with 7th grade students using pyrography are analyzed. Methodological approaches to conducting labor training classes with 7th grade students are discussed, and a psycho-pedagogical characteristic of students in this age group is provided. The pyrography technology as a form of decorative and applied art is separately examined. In Chapter 2, a methodology for conducting labor training classes with 7th grade students using pyrography is developed. The content of the labor training curriculum is analyzed, and a matrix is developed for the use of pyrography technology with 7th grade students. A methodology for conducting classes using pyrography technology with 7th grade students is also developed. Additionally, a creative project on the topic "Creating a base for a cup using pyrography technology" is developed with 7th grade students. The conclusion of the thesis draws a conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed methodology for conducting labor training classes with 7th grade students using pyrography technology. The importance of implementing this methodology for the development of students' creative abilities, their motor skills, and aesthetic taste is emphasized. The reference list includes literary sources, scientific articles, methodological guides, and other documents that were used in writing the qualification work. Appendix A contains information about the technique of pyrography, its basic principles, and examples of completed works. The qualification work highlights the practical significance and possibilities of using pyrography technology in labor training classes with 7th grade students. It develops a methodology for conducting these classes and proposes a creative project to develop students' skills and abilities in this field of art.
