В.В роботі досліджено особливості організаційної культури підприємства в сфері інформаційних послуг, виявленні тенденцій її розвитку в сучасних умовах та удосконаленні методичного підходу до оцінювання рівня розвитку. Водночас проблема впливу міжнародного досвіду на формування корпоративної культури вітчизняних підприємств досі детально не вивчена, що зумовлює актуальність подальших досліджень у цій сфері. The article studies the peculiarities of organizational culture in an information services enterprise, identifies trends in its development in contemporary conditions, and enhances the methodological approach to assessing the level of its development. The article studies the presentation and assessment of ways to improve the personnel management system at JSC "Ukrtelecom". М.В роботі досліджено виробничий потенціал промислового підприємства, розкрито його сутність та проаналізовано методику оцінки використання виробничого потенціалу. Запропоновано розробку заходів щодо підвищення ефективності використання виробничого потенціалу підприємства та оцінено рівень його використання. The article studies the production potential of an industrial enterprise, its essence has been disclosed and the methodology for assessing the use of production potential has been analyzed. Development of measures to increase efficiency of use of production potential of enterprise is proposed and level of its use is evaluated.
