В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу чинного механізму взаємодії антикорупційних органів в Україні. В роботі визначено поняття, ознаки, сутність і значення корупційних органів, нормативно-правових актів, які визначають їх діяльність, проаналізовано генезис антикорупційних органів України протягом 30 років незалежності, вивчено порядку реформування антикорупційної політики держави, розглянуто чинний механізм подачі електронних декларацій чиновниками та державними службовцями. Окрему увагу приділено дослідженню світового досвіду функціонування антикорупційних механізмів Qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the current mechanism of interaction of anti-corruption bodies in Ukraine. The concept, signs, essence and significance of corruption bodies, normative-legal acts that determine their activity are defined, the genesis of anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine during 30 years of independence is analyzed, the order of reforming anti-corruption policy of the state is studied, the current mechanism of submission of electronic declarations by officials and civil servants . Particular attention is paid to the study of world experience in the functioning of anti-corruption mechanisms
