В.Сучасна світова тенденція – прискорення процесу роботи з гостями. Велика роль надання цих «невловимих» послуг належить системам автоматизації. Застосування інформаційних технологій дозволяє зробити низку основних процесів життєдіяльності готельно-ресторанний комплекс максимально ефективними за досить короткий час та дозволяє автоматизувати не тільки всі етапи роботи з гостем, а й більшість сфер господарської діяльності ресторанного бізнесу. Цілий перелік переваг автоматизованого управління дозволили говорити про подібні системи як один з визначальних факторів репутації та престижу. The current global trend is to speed up the process of working with guests. Automation systems play a major role in providing these "intangible" services. The use of information technologies allows to make a number of basic life processes of the hotel-restaurant complex as efficient as possible in a fairly short time and allows to automate not only all stages of work with the guest, but also most spheres of economic activity of the restaurant business. A whole list of advantages of automated management made it possible to talk about such systems as one of the determining factors of reputation and prestige.Item ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ РІШЕНЬ У ФІНАНСОВО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІЙ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ФЕРМЕРСЬКОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА «ШОВКУН»(2024) Чихун, Т. В.В роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні аспекти визначення ефективності управлінських рішень. Проведено оцінку ефективності управлінських рішень на фермерському господарстві «Шовкун».Визначено основні проблеми аграрного сектору України в умовах війни та перспективи його розвитку в післявоєнний період. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності управлінських рішень у фінансово-економічній діяльності фермерського господарства «Шовкун». Theoretical and methodical aspects of determining the effectiveness of management decisions are investigated in the work. An assessment of the effectiveness of management decisions at the "Shovkun" farm was carried out. The main problems of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the conditions of the war and the prospects for its development in the post-war period are determined. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо формування корпоративної культури. Проведена оцінка ефективності розроблених рекомендацій. The work examines corporate culture as a factor in the effectiveness of modern enterprise management. The essence and functions of the concept are revealed, an analysis of the effectiveness of corporate culture is provided. Recommendations on the formation of corporate culture are offered. Запропоновано розробку заходів щодо підвищення ефективності використання виробничого потенціалу підприємства та оцінено рівень його використання. The article studies the production potential of an industrial enterprise, its essence has been disclosed and the methodology for assessing the use of production potential has been analyzed. Розкрито сутність поняття мотивації та її роль. Запропоновано можливі шляхи удосконалення систем мотивації праці. The work examines the existing system of motivation at a commercial enterprise, examines the needs of personnel, and analyzes the factors that directly and indirectly affect the work of employees. The essence of the concept of motivation and its role is revealed. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the classification of ways and methods of improvement and reproduction of fixed assets, search for the most cost-effective sources of funding and capital formation for the reproduction of fixed assets in order to maintain financial stability of the enterprise.
