Розглянено управління персоналом в сучасній системі менеджменту,проаналізовано сучасну систему та ефективність управління персоналом в організації,надано загальну характеристику техніко-економічних показників організації АТ «Укртелеком»» та аналіз кадрового складу організації АТ «Укртелеком, запропоновано напрями вдосконалення системи керування персоналом. The article studies the presentation and assessment of ways to improve the personnel management system at JSC "Ukrtelecom". Personnel management in the modern management system is considered, the modern system and efficiency of personnel management in the organization is analyzed, a general description of the technical and economic indicators of the JSC "Ukrtelecom" organization is provided, and the personnel composition of the JSC "Ukrtelecom" organization is provided, directions for improving the personnel management system are proposed.Item УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ КАДРОВОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА(2023) Лавроненко, В. На прикладі підприємства надано аналіз кадрової політики та надано можливості її удосконалення. Abstract: The paper investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of personnel policy, clarifies the concept of "personnel"; methods of development and implementation of personnel policy and factors influencing its formation. Розуміння інноваційного процесу дозволяє підприємствам аналізувати потреби ринку, виявляти можливості для вдосконалення продукції та послуг і розробляти відповідні стратегії. В умовах глобальних викликів та постійної необхідності удосконалення, знання теорій інновацій стає невід'ємною складовою сталого розвитку бізнесу. Воно допомагає підприємствам не тільки виживати на ринку, але й прогресувати, розширюватися та займати лідируючі позиції. The work explores innovation theories that provide enterprises with the necessary tools for sustainable development in the modern world, which is constantly undergoing challenges and changes. Understanding the innovation process allows enterprises to analyze market needs, identify opportunities for improving products and services, and develop appropriate strategies. In the conditions of global challenges and the constant need for improvement, knowledge of innovation theories becomes an integral component of sustainable business development. Р.Метою кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у науковому обґрунтуванні теоретичних і методичних засад оцінка фінансового стану як передумови ефективного управління підприємством. Вирішити наступні питання: розкрити економічну сутність фінансового стану підприємства; дослідити систему інформаційно-правового забезпечення управління фінансовим станом підприємства; надати загальну характеристику фінансово-господарської діяльності ДП "Національні інформаційні системи"; провести оцінку ліквідності, платоспроможності, фінансової стійкості та ділової активності ДП "Національні інформаційні системи"; розробити пропозиції щодо покращення фінансового стану ДП "Національні інформаційні системи". Об’єктом дослідження є процес оцінки фінансового стану ДП "Національні інформаційні системи". The purpose of the qualification work is the scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the assessment of the financial condition as a prerequisite for effective management of the enterprise. О.Ця робота присвячена покращенню методів визначення та оцінки кредитоспроможності позичальників в банківському секторі. Дослідження аналізує теоретичні та практичні аспекти, пов'язані з оцінкою кредитоспроможності фізичних осіб та підприємств, які звертаються до банків за позиками. Розглядаються різні підходи та моделі, що використовуються для оцінки кредитоспроможності, і визначаються їх обмеження. Дослідження розглядає ключові фактори, що впливають на кредитоспроможність, такі як стабільність доходів, співвідношення заборгованості до доходів, кредитна історія, застава та ризик галузі. Також досліджується вплив макроекономічних факторів на оцінку кредитоспроможності. Робота підкреслює важливість точної та всебічної оцінки кредитної спроможності в зменшенні кредитного ризику для банків та забезпеченні стійких практик кредитування. This research work focuses on enhancing the methods used to determine and evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers in the banking sector. The study delves into the theoretical and practical aspects associated with assessing the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses seeking loans from banks. Various approaches and models used to evaluate creditworthiness are analyzed and their limitations are identified. The research examines key factors that affect creditworthiness, such as income stability, debt-to-income ratio, credit history, collateral, and industry risk. It also explores the impact of macroeconomic factors on creditworthiness assessment. Є.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена визначенню резервів та шляхів зростання прибутковості виробництва на даному підприємстві на підставі оцінки та аналізу її показників. У роботі узагальнено теоретичні та методичні основи прибутковості на підприємствах та дослідити наукові підходи до визначення поняття «прибутковість»; досліджено питання щодо основних показників прибутковості підприємств; проаналізовано організаційно-економічний стан підприємства ПрАТ «Південна винокурня» Херсонської області; здійснено оцінку та аналіз стану прибутковості на підприємстві за ряд років та чинників його розвитку. Qualification work is devoted to the definition of reserves and ways to increase the profitability of production at the enterprise on the basis of assessment and analysis of its indicators. Досліджено комплексний аналіз ТОВ «Херсонрегіонгаз», також розглянуті шляхи вдосконалення щодо формування та розподілу прибутку підприємства. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the analysis of the efficiency of formation and determination of the increase in conditions of uncertainty. It was viewed displayed in the approximation. С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена оцінці рівня конкурентоспроможності окремих виноградно – виноробних підприємств Херсонської області та визначення напрямів її підвищення в умовах кризи галузі. У роботі узагальнені теоретичні і методичні основи та проаналізувати економічну думку щодо сутності категорії «конкурентоспроможність»; досліджені підходи щодо визначення показників рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємств; оцінено сучасний стан виноградно – виноробного виробництва в Україні. The qualification work is devoted to the assessment of the level of competitiveness of separate grape and wine enterprises of the Kherson region and the determination of the directions of its increase in the conditions of the crisis of the branch. The paper summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations and analyzes economic opinion on the essence of the category "competitiveness"; researched approaches to determining the indicators of the level of competitiveness of enterprises; the current state of grape and wine production in Ukraine is assessed.
