В.Сучасне ринкове середовище висуває нові вимоги до вітчизняних компаній, такі як збільшення обсягів виробництва та розвитку в умовах конкуренції, поглиблення інтеграційних процесів та впливу факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. Жодна господарська діяльність не є перспективною, якщо її фінансові результати не є позитивними і не характеризуються позитивною динамікою зростання. Тому увага всіх керівників все частіше зосереджується на величині отриманого прибутку та орендної плати компанії. Тому для створення оптимального рівня прибутковості керівникам компаній необхідно усвідомлювати зміст і сутність цієї концепції при прийнятті продуманих бізнес-рішень, спрямованих на підвищення рентабельності. The modern market environment imposes new requirements on domestic companies, such as increasing the volume of production and development in conditions of competition, deepening integration processes and the influence of external and internal environmental factors. No economic activity is promising if its financial results are not positive and are not characterized by positive growth dynamics. Therefore, the attention of all managers is increasingly focused on the amount of profit and rent of the company. Therefore, in order to create an optimal level of profitability, company managers need to be aware of the content and essence of this concept when making thoughtful business decisions aimed at increasing profitability.Item ФІНАНСОВЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ВІДТВОРЕННЯ ОСНОВНИХ ЗАСОБІВ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ(2023) Цимбаревич, Є. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних і практичних аспектів взаємодії органів державної та місцевої влади з молодіжними організаціями, а також запропоновано шляхи удосконалення їх співпраці. Проведено ґрунтовний аналіз результатів опитування молоді міста Херсона та області; молоді України на предмет особливостей взаємодії із органами влади різного рівня. У дослідженні авторка наголошує на важливості комунікації влади та молоді, оскільки молоді люди повинні мати можливість участі у державних та місцевих процесах задля того, щоб впливати на життя та розвиток міста, області, країни. Акцентується увага на покращенні взаємодії влади та молоді, пропонуються рекомендації, які в допоможуть удосконалити взаємовідносини та підвищити рівень продуктивності спільної роботи влади разом із молоддю. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the interaction of state and local authorities with youth organizations, and ways of improving their cooperation are also proposed. A thorough analysis of the survey results of the youth of the city of Kherson and the region was conducted; of the youth of Ukraine on the specifics of interaction with authorities at different levels. In the study, the author emphasizes the importance of communication between the government and youth, since young people should have the opportunity to participate in state and local processes in order to influence the life and development of the city, region, and country. Attention is focused on improving the interaction between the government and youth, recommendations are offered that will help to improve relations and increase the level of productivity of the joint work of the government together with the youth.Item УПРАВЛІННЯ ГРОШОВИМИ ПОТОКАМИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ТА ШЛЯХИ ЙОГО УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ(2023) Федотова, А.
