Abstract:
The accelerated development of the food industry is one of priorities of the state social and economic policy of Ukraine. The article deals with the component analysis of the development levels of food industry enterprises on the example of Kherson creameries. It is aimed at determination of their real development level, working up of measures for increasing the low level and fixing of the high development level of the enterprises under research. The basic organizational and economic components are established, which provide the management efficiency of food industry enterprises: innovation, marketing, technical-technological and motivational.
The development levels on organizational and economic components are base for determination of an integrated index of the development level of enterprise. It is offered to calculate this indicator as an average geometrical from multiplication of the development level index on organizational component and the development level index on economic component. Results of calculations of integrated indexes of the development levels of food industry enterprises are provided.
The practical application of the proposed approach regarding the calculation of the integral index of the development level makes it possible to monitor the situation of food industry enterprises and to ground the organizational support of the investigated companies taking into account specifics of food industry.
