Abstract

У даній роботі досліджуються законодавчі джерела, що регулювали систему міського самоврядування на Півдні України. Особлива увага приділяється Міському положенні 1870, та змінами, що відбувалися під час контрреформи 1892 року. Також розглянуто, який вплив мали реформи та закони, що стосувалися міського самоврядування на медичну, освітню та фінансову політику Півдня України This work examines legislative sources that regulated the system of city self-government in the South of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the City Regulations of 1870 and the changes that took place during the counter-reform of 1892. Also considered what impact did the reforms and laws related to city self-government have on the medical, educational and financial policy of the South of Ukraine.
