ОЦІНКА ЯКОСТІ ЖИТТЯНЕПОВНОСПРАВНИХ ОСІБ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННИХ ДІЙ

Abstract

У дипломній роботі здійснено комплексний аналіз умов життя осіб з інвалідністю в контексті воєнних дій в Україні. Розглянуто соціальні, медичні, психологічні та економічні аспекти, що впливають на якість життя неповносправних осіб. Особливу увагу приділено доступності медичної реабілітації, програм протезування, соціального захисту та підтримки з боку держави й громадських організацій. На основі результатів соціологічного опитування визначено рівень задоволеності респондентів умовами проживання, доступом до медичних і соціальних послуг, а також рівнем інтеграції у суспільство. Виявлено, що значна частина осіб з інвалідністю стикається з труднощами у реалізації основних прав через руйнування інфраструктури, обмежену мобільність і недостатню увагу до інклюзивності в умовах війни. У роботі також представлено порівняльний аналіз змін у якості життя осіб з інвалідністю до та після початку широкомасштабних бойових дій. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо покращення доступності соціальних і медичних послуг, посилення державної підтримки та створення сприятливого середовища для реінтеграції осіб з інвалідністю в активне суспільне життя. This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the living conditions of persons with disabilities in the context of military conflict in Ukraine. It examines social, medical, psychological, and economic factors that influence the quality of life for disabled individuals. Special attention is given to the accessibility of medical rehabilitation, prosthetics programs, social protection, and support provided by the state and non-governmental organizations. Based on the results of a sociological survey, the level of satisfaction among respondents was assessed regarding living conditions, access to medical and social services, and societal integration. The findings indicate that many persons with disabilities face significant obstacles in exercising their fundamental rights due to infrastructure destruction, limited mobility, and insufficient inclusiveness during wartime. The thesis also provides a comparative analysis of changes in quality of life before and after the escalation of full-scale hostilities. Recommendations are offered to improve access to essential services, strengthen governmental support, and foster an inclusive environment that enables the reintegration of disabled individuals into active social life.
