| dc.description.abstract | метою цієї роботи є порівняльний аналіз нормативного регулювання дозволених харчових добавок в Україні та країнах Європейського Союзу з оцінкою впливу виявлених розбіжностей на здоров’я споживачів. У кваліфікаційні роботі проведено порівняльний аналіз дозволених харчових добавок в Україні та країнах Європейського Союзу , а також перспективи адаптації європейських стандартів та контролю якості у продуктовій сфері . Актуальність теми зумовлена гармонізація національного законодавства з європейськими стандартами є однією з передумов поглиблення торговельного співробітництва, виходу української харчової продукції на нові ринки та підвищення рівня захисту прав споживачів. У першому розділі представлено теоретичні основи дослідження , а саме поняття та класифікація, детальніше визначення харчових добавок та їх класифікацію за функціональним призначенням . Розглянуто нормативну базу харчових добавок ДСТУ і інших стандартів в Україні та регламент ЄС. У другому розділі здійснений порівняльний аналіз дозволених харчових добавок в Україні та країнах Європейського Союзу . Проведено аналіз нормативних документів, наведені приклади харчових добавок, які дозволені в ЄС, але заборонені в Україні, та навпаки. Зроблена оцінка впливу регуляторних відмінностей на здоров’я населення, через аналіз ризиків , пов'язаних із споживання харчових добавок та приклади впливу на здоров'я людини . У третьому розділі зазначено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення регуляторних норм в Україні . Розглянуто синхронізація українських та європейських стандартів . Заходи проведення для більшої обізнаності людей та рекомендації щодо напрямків подальших досліджень. У результаті дослідження було проаналізовано особливості регулювання харчових добавок в Україні та Європейському Союзі, виявлено ключові відмінності у класифікації та нормуванні, а також окреслено напрямки гармонізації національного законодавства із європейськими стандартами. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня харчової безпеки, зокрема перегляду переліку дозволених добавок, посилення контролю за їх вмістом у продуктах, розвитку системи інформування споживачів та підготовки фахівців у цій сфері. The purpose of this work is a comparative analysis of the regulatory regulation of approved food additives in Ukraine and the countries of the European Union with an assessment of the impact of the identified discrepancies on the health of consumers. In the qualification work, a comparative analysis of permitted food additives in Ukraine and the countries of the European Union, as well as the prospects for adaptation of European standards and quality control in the food sector, was carried out. The relevance of the topic is due to the harmonization of national legislation with European standards is one of the prerequisites for deepening trade cooperation, the entry of Ukrainian food products into new markets and increasing the level of consumer protection. The first section presents the theoretical foundations of the study, namely the concept and classification, a more detailed definition of food additives and their classification according to their functional purpose. The regulatory framework of food additives DSTU and other standards in Ukraine and the EU regulation are considered. In the second section, a comparative analysis of permitted food additives in Ukraine and the countries of the European Union is carried out. An analysis of regulatory documents is carried out, examples of food additives that are allowed in the EU, but prohibited in Ukraine, and vice versa are given. An assessment of the impact of regulatory differences on public health is made, through the analysis of risks associated with the consumption of food additives and examples of effects on human health. The third section contains proposals for improving regulatory norms in Ukraine. The synchronization of Ukrainian and European standards is considered. Activities for greater awareness of people and recommendations for directions for further research. As a result of the study, the peculiarities of the regulation of food additives in Ukraine and the European Union were analyzed, key differences in classification and rationing were identified, and the directions of harmonization of national legislation with European standards were outlined. Practical recommendations have been formulated to improve the level of food safety, in particular, to revise the list of permitted additives, to strengthen control over their content in products, to develop a system for informing consumers and to train specialists in this area. | |
