Abstract

В дипломній роботі використано матеріали щодо проблематики вивчення політико-правових інститутів влади в Скандинавії в період VIII-XIII ст., та особливостей дослідження даної теми. Робота базується на основі матеріалів писемних та археологічних джерел, а також дослідженнях вчених вітчизняної та зарубіжної науки. Під час дослідження було досліджено особливості географічних та хронологічних меж для Скандинавії епохи вікінгів, основні відмінності цього регіону у порівнянні з тогочасною Європою. Отримані висновки дозволили розширити ареал впливу вікінгів та проаналізувати їх вплив під час експансії. В результаті аналізу політико-правових інститутів було виявлено, що кожен регіон мав свої особливості, відмінні від сусідніх поселень, завдяки чому розвиток як правової, так і суспільної думки також відрізнявся. В центрі уваги постало питання виникнення механізмів регулювання законодавства та чинників, що так чи інакше вплинули на цей процес. Аналіз джерельної бази та публікацій з теми дозволив зробити висновок про значний вплив взаємозв’язків із іншими країнами на культурний розвиток регіону в цілому. Це стосується як змін суспільного устрою, так і релігійно-правових традицій. The thesis uses materials on the study of political and legal institutions of power in Scandinavia in the period VIII-XIII centuries., And features of the study of this topic. The work is based on materials from written and archaeological sources, as well as research by scientists of domestic and foreign science. The study examined the features of geographical and chronological boundaries for Scandinavia of the Viking Age, the main differences of this region in comparison with Europe at that time. The findings allowed us to expand the range of influence of the Vikings and analyze their influence during the expansion. As a result of the analysis of political and legal institutions, it was found that each region had its own characteristics, different from neighboring settlements, due to which the development of both legal and public opinion also differed. The focus was on the emergence of mechanisms for regulating legislation and the factors that in one way or another influenced this process. An analysis of the source base and publications on the topic allowed us to conclude that the relationship with other countries has a significant impact on the cultural development of the region as a whole. This applies to both changes in the social system and religious and legal traditions.
