ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ТЕРАПЕВТИЧНИХ ВПРАВ У ЛЮДЕЙ ПОХИЛОГО ВІКУ ПІСЛЯ ГОСТРОГО ПОРУШЕННЯ МОЗКОВОГО КРОВООБІГУ

Abstract

Ця кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню важливості , доречності та ефективності терапевтичних вправ у людей похилого віку, які перенесли інсульт. Інсульт залишається однією з найсерйозніших медико-соціальних проблем сучасності, особливо актуальною для старшого покоління. Згідно з епідеміологічними даними, щороку мільйони людей у всьому світі переживають інсульт, більшість із них — люди похилого віку, які потребують тривалого медичного догляду та реабілітації.

Актуальність теми обумовлена високою частотою інсультів у цій віковій групі, труднощами у відновленні функціональності пацієнтів і важливістю застосування ефективних методів фізичної терапії в процесі їх реабілітації. Завчасне впровадження терапевтичних вправ може суттєво покращити рухові функції, зменшити ступінь інвалідності та підвищити якість життя тих, хто переніс інсульт.

У роботі розглядаються сучасні підходи до організації реабілітаційних процесів, зокрема роль мультидисциплінарної команди та персоналізованих програм фізичної терапії. Дослідження підтверджує високу ефективність вправ, адаптованих до стану кожного пацієнта, що покращує процес реабілітації.

Таким чином, вивчення ефективності терапевтичних вправ у фізичній реабілітації літніх пацієнтів після інсульту має значний медико-соціальний вплив та сприяє вдосконаленню наявних методів профілактики й лікування цієї патології.

This qualification work is devoted to studying the importance, relevance and effectiveness of therapeutic exercises in elderly people who have suffered a stroke. Stroke remains one of the most serious medical and social problems of our time, especially relevant for the older generation. According to epidemiological data, every year millions of people around the world experience a stroke, most of them are elderly people who need long-term medical care and rehabilitation. The relevance of the topic is due to the high frequency of strokes in this age group, the difficulties in restoring the functionality of patients and the importance of using effective methods of physical therapy in the process of their rehabilitation. Early implementation of therapeutic exercises can significantly improve motor functions, reduce the degree of disability and improve the quality of life of those who have suffered a stroke.

The paper examines modern approaches to the organization of rehabilitation processes, in particular the role of a multidisciplinary team and personalized physical therapy programs. The study confirms the high effectiveness of exercises adapted to the condition of each patient, which improves the rehabilitation process.

Thus, the study of the effectiveness of therapeutic exercises in the physical rehabilitation of elderly patients after a stroke has a significant medical and social impact and contributes to the improvement of existing methods of prevention and treatment of this pathology.
