| dc.description.abstract | Дослідження присвячене аналізу регіональної специфіки феодалізму у державах Західної Європи періоду високого середньовіччя (ХІ–ХІV ст.). Автор розглядає феодалізм як багатогранне соціально-економічне та політичне явище, що формувалося під впливом місцевих історичних, географічних та культурних умов. Особливу увагу приділено виявленню відмінностей у структурі феодальних відносин у Франції, Англії, Німеччині, Італії та Іспанії, що зумовили різні моделі взаємодії між сеньйорами та васалами, а також специфіку аграрних і станових систем. У роботі охарактеризовано основні риси феодального землеволодіння, залежності селянства та правових норм, які регулювали відносини у межах феодальної ієрархії. Автор підкреслює, що попри спільні риси, притаманні всій Західній Європі, феодалізм у кожному регіоні мав власну динаміку розвитку, обумовлену політичними традиціями, рівнем урбанізації та впливом церкви. Окремо розглянуто роль міських комун, духовенства та станових інституцій у процесі трансформації феодального ладу наприкінці середньовіччя. The study is devoted to the analysis of the regional specifics of feudalism in the states of Western Europe during the High Middle Ages (XI–XIV centuries). The author considers feudalism as a multifaceted socio-economic and political phenomenon that was formed under the influence of local historical, geographical and cultural conditions. Particular attention is paid to identifying differences in the structure of feudal relations in France, England, Germany, Italy and Spain, which led to different models of interaction between lords and vassals, as well as the specifics of agrarian and estate systems. The work characterizes the main features of feudal land tenure, the dependence of the peasantry and the legal norms that regulated relations within the feudal hierarchy. The author emphasizes that despite the common features inherent in all Western Europe, feudalism in each region had its own dynamics of development, determined by political traditions, the level of urbanization and the influence of the church. The role of urban communes, clergy, and estate institutions in the process of transforming the feudal system at the end of the Middle Ages is separately examined. | |
