Л.Магістерська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню впливу цифровізації логістичного ланцюга постачання на підвищення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Нова Пошта» в умовах сталого розвитку та воєнних ризиків України. У роботі здійснено комплексну оцінку стануцифрової інфраструктури компанії – ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Розкрито ефективність логістичних процесів та досліджено конкурентне середовище. Комплексний та системний підходи дозволили розкрити можливості впровадження принципів сталого розвитку, а також розробити практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення цифрових рішень і стратегічного розвитку логістики ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Доведено, що цифрова інфраструктура ТОВ «Нова Пошта» є високорозвиненою, гнучкою та адаптивною системою, яка виступає ключовим драйвером конкурентних переваг підприємства в умовах воєнного часу. The master's thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the impact of digitalization of the logistics supply chain on increasing the competitiveness of Nova Poshta LLC in the context of sustainable development and military risks of Ukraine. The work carried out a comprehensive assessment of the state of the digital infrastructure of the company - Nova Poshta LLC. The efficiency of logistics processes was revealed and the competitive environment was studied. A comprehensive and systematic approach allowed us to reveal the possibilities of implementing the principles of sustainable development, as well as to develop practical recommendations for improving digital solutions and strategic development of logistics of Nova Poshta LLC. It is proven that the digital infrastructure of Nova Poshta LLC is a highly developed, flexible and adaptive system, which acts as a key driver of the company's competitive advantages in wartime conditions.
