Емпірично досліджено особливості розвитку креативності у психологів, особливості їх самоефективності у власній професійній діяльності та особливості професійного самоздійснення. Емпірично встановлено вплив креативності на рівень професійної самоефективності та самоздійснення. In the conditions of modern personification and humanization of relations, the disclosure of all the possibilities of the individual, the harmonious development of the individual, self-realization is a very urgent issue. the essence and meaning of the concept of "creativity" are determined theoretically, the peculiarities of the psychologist's creativity in professional activity as a factor in the formation of their professionalism are clarified. The peculiarities of the development of creativity in psychologists, the peculiarities of their self-efficacy in their own professional activities, and the peculiarities of professional self-realization were empirically investigated. The influence of creativity on the level of professional self-efficacy and self-fulfillment has been empirically established.Item ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗОК ТВОРЧОГО МИСЛЕННЯ ТА ҐЕНДЕРНОЇ ІДЕНТИЧНОСТІ ОСІБ ЮНАЦЬКОГО ВІКУ(2023) Максимюк, С. А.Робота присвячена дослідженню взаємозв’язку творчого мислення та ґендерної ідентичності осіб юнацького віку. Визначено психологічні особливості творчого мислення та ґендерної ідентичності у юнацькому віці. Описано зв’язок творчого мислення із ґендерною ідентичністю особистості. Для дослідження взаємозв’язку аспектів творчого мислення та ґендерної ідентичності у осіб юнацького віку проведене емпіричне дослідження. Враховуючи отримані результати, було виявлено особливості ґендерної ідентичності та рівень творчого мислення осіб юнацького віку. Продемонстровано взаємозв’язок між творчим мисленням та ґендерною ідентичністю в молоді та пояснено значення отриманих результатів для подальшої психокорекційної роботи. The paper is devoted to the research of the relationship between creative thinking and gender identity of adolescents. The psychological features of creative thinking and gender identity in adolescence are determined. The relationship between creative thinking and gender identity is described. An empirical study was conducted to investigate the relationship between aspects of creative thinking and gender identity in adolescents. Taking into consideration the results obtained, the specific features of gender identity and the level of creative thinking of adolescents were identified. The relationship between creative thinking and gender identity in young people is presented, and the significance of the results for further psychocorrectional work is explained.
