В.В роботі розглянуто наявну систему мотивації на комерційному підприємстві, вивчено потреби персоналу, проведено аналіз чинників, які безпосередньо і опосередковано впливають на роботу співробітників. Розкрито сутність поняття мотивації та її роль. Запропоновано можливі шляхи удосконалення систем мотивації праці. The work examines the existing system of motivation at a commercial enterprise, examines the needs of personnel, and analyzes the factors that directly and indirectly affect the work of employees. The essence of the concept of motivation and its role is revealed. Possible ways of improving labor motivation systems are proposed.
